The hotel is very beautifully arranged and tastefully decorated. One detail I especially appreciated was the artwork – the walls are decorated with lovely pictures and quotes that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. One of the highlights of our stay was the spa, complete with a sauna, which provided a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. Our room was spacious, offering plenty of space and a lovely terrace. However, it lacked a mountain view, which was a bit of a disappointment. Additionally, the room could have benefited from better lighting, as it felt quite dark at times. The owners were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions, adding a personal touch to our stay. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. Overall, Hotel Sportalm offers a warm and welcoming experience with great amenities, though a few minor improvements could enhance the comfort. It's a great choice for those looking to enjoy the natural surroundings of Bad Kleinkirchheim.

The hotel is elegant, sophisticated and has a very good atmosphere. Both breakfast and dinner are excellent. Dinner was particularly delicious. The cocktails were also excellent. The service was fantastic, they were very attentive and kind. The hotel is well equipped, has its own spa and is very close to everything (thermal baths, ski lift). There is also a separate storage room for ski equipment. In short, I can recommend this special hotel with a good heart.

Nice wellnes area! The food is excellent and I highly recommend choosing the halfboard option. There is also a good selection of vegetarien dishes. Great atmosphere!

Little more comfortamble bed would be nice! The only downside is that the hotel is not ski in/out. The gondola is just acros the street, so its not an issue to walk there, but don't expect to ski straith into the hotel as stated on Booking! Maybee offpiste when there is a lot of snow 😉

Breakfast was nice. The hotel is cozy and nicely situated with a great view.

Saunas and bar open at 16h, so if someone doesn't ski during the day they have nothing to do in the hotel. Can't have a drink even in the lobby. Also, the fireplace in the lobby was not used, instead they put video of fire on TV, would've been nicer with the real thing. And Netflix and Prime don't work.

We loved the coziness and the fact that it was super dog friendly. Jessica and Kevin were very welcoming and accommodating. The food at the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner were great. And the walking distance to skiing was perfect.

The bed and the mattress were a bit too soft and could have used more padding. The almwellness was a little small so it got crowded very quickly.

Everything was clean and as on the pictures. Ambient is warm and comfortable. Hosts are extremely nice and pleasant. I have celiac disease and they were adaptable by serving me gluten free bread at breakfast and also gluten free dinner. Dinner was exceptional. Spa area is beautiful and peaceful with refreshing drinks. Location is perfect, it's a walking distance from Kaiserburgbahn. The property also have storage for ski equipment. The only thing we were sad about was not seeing the owner (the dog :) ).

Very cozy small family hotel. Our hosts were very nice. Food at the dinner was really great. Hotel is 4 min walk from Thermal Romerbad and 7 min walk from ski lift. Rooms are really nicely decorated with enough wardrobe space. It has nice little spa and ski room. Would definitely come back :)

The rooms and the bathrooms are very spacious. The beds are extra large and very comfortable. There's a huge flat TV. The spa is small but has 2 saunas, a steambath, and a chill area and is also very spacious. The restaurant is another gem. The breakfast is really good with egg dishes, youghurt, really tasty bread and tons of spreads and meats. I also had dinner there, and it was top notch. The lift is a minute biking.
