The apartment is nice and cozy. Sauna was just next door and was great. I liked the modern way of check-in, opening doors and check-out. Everything within one website.

The beds are terrible. So soft so you can feel the wooden frame under the mattress. Be carefull when booking. There are two locations of the accomodation. We were looking forward to stay near the restaurant and children playroom, but end up staying in the other area. (nothing for kids, only a sauna). It was far to walk with small kids to the restaurant, so we could not fully use all facilities. We didn't check it and it was a surprise. Better to ask where you are staying if you have kids and similar plans.

A great place to stay in the summer with small children. The apartments are not super new or modern but are fully functional with a rustic vibe. Beautiful playgrounds and pool area with views of the forrest and mountains. This was our second stay here and we already plan to return.

We loved the small convection oven in the apartment but a microwave would have been even more useful :) A bit more variety in terms of food options (snacks, ice cream) would have been appreciated, as the restaurant in the resort does not offer much. There used to be a “burger night” with a food truck organised every week but not anymore.

the resort is located near the ski lift, we could walk from the accommodation and we also could use the skibus. The ski bus was great, it goes every 15minutes or so. Sauna is great. Accommodation cosy and nice. Kitchen equipment great. We also had dinner at the restaurant, which is very nice.

we had a little trouble opening the door at first with the mobile key but we managed after a while. The mobile key sometimes took too long to appear on the web screen. We would also appreciate signs over the door where the kids play room and yoga room was, but afther a while, we found everything.

Cozy feeling apartment especially in winter season. Newly renovated bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen itself is by far the best equipped of all rental apartments I've seen in years. Finnish sauna is free and nicely equipped. Some kids amenities around resort and basic fitness and recreational space. Close to Nockalmbahn and Biosphärenparkbahn ski lifts. Large free parking lot.

Apartment entry web-key often doesn't work or works with delay of up to 5 mins - just to open the door of your apt. No reception desk or anyone to ask for help if you need something. Communication through the chat (working hours only). Icy walkways all around, pretty dangerous. Often you must browse around to find basic stuff like garbage disposal place. No one came in 8 nights we spent there to change towels or bring toiletries. These are not supposed to be "upon request" kind of things. Closest supermarket/grocery store (5km one way/10km return) to just buy bread or milk. Must plan ahead especially with small kids.

We stayed here during the summer and enjoyed it. The village is a beautiful, typical Austrian setting, offering a super location close to the gondola for easy access to nearby mountains. The apartment is nice, quite spacious, and clean. I especially liked the emphasis on eco-friendliness, and sustainability, which really adds to the charm of the place. The pool and sauna are also great.

The only downside was that the restaurant's menu was quite limited; perhaps it offers more variety during the winter season.

Nice place for kids, with wonderful outside and inside kids playing areas. Very close to Biosphärenparkbahn Brunnach cable car, five minutes walking distance.

Induction cooking plate without proper pot that can be used without provided adapter. So cooking eggs lasted for 30 minutes with cooking plate going to error state couple of times with need to be reset by switching off fuse. Opening apartment doors with application is pretty annoying, so if you left your room without your phone or battery god drained, you are doomed.

The accommodation is next to a gondola, which is not suitable for small children. Next to this gondola is a smaller ski lift suitable for everyone. The sauna is open from three in the afternoon and is excellent. Turracher hohe is 20 min away, the city center BKK is close. Stuff very kind! Clean, cosy app.

Small and loud children in rest areas and also in saunas. While the mothers were resting and lying down, the children were playing loudly and jumping around. There should at least be a sign that children under 12 are not allowed to use the sauna facilities.

Beautiful and peaceful location. The other guests were also very respectful so there was no noise in the evening. All family-friendly. We also enjoyed the sauna open in the evening. So relaxing!

We didn't like the small and noisy cars for the children. Maybe this could be replaced by sth less noisy... We also didn't like the door opening system (by the phone). At the end we decided to keep the door always open (no phone).

the only thing - I would replace the Owen in the kitchen by microwave.

Great location! The apartment was enough for a family with 2 kids. The ladies at the reception were very friendly and supportive.

The cleanliness would need improvement. The coffee machine was not working (even having a sticker that is leaking...). Better coffee machines are needed. There are sufficient offers which are not expensive but providing decent coffee.
