Location was good, walkable distance from the station. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staffs were friendly and helpful. There were no drinking water, towels but since the room price range was lower compared to other hotels in the area and was for 1 night stay, it wasn't bad.

Too bad there wasn't even any soap in the room. It wasn't easy to find where to check-in to the hotel. Turns out you can check-in at the restaurant on the 1st floor. Need to ask around or figure out on your own. I'd say it would have been better if that was notified in advance.

Very clean, very comfortable, good location- close to everything. Very helpful staff, restaurant downstairs was pretty good but expensive.

Alittle costly, windows let all the light in and noway to cover them, no sound insulation from church bells, road and school next door. No kettle, no in-room coffee or toiletries. Wifi there has blocked many websites

Very clean, spacious room. Close to town centre. Themed rooms worked well.

Communication was poor. The hotel was closed when we arrived and we only got in because a cleaner happened to be there. The manager/owner could/should have messaged in advance to explain how we got entry (via a keypad). As we went out to find something to eat, the next guests were going through the same malarky - so not a one-off glitch.

Huge room with great mountain views front and back. Excellent location for walking into old town centre. Free parking by entrance. Very helpful and accommodating staff who checked us in when we arrived earlier than expected, carried our luggage up to our top floor room and found us a table for an evening meal even though the restaurant was fully booked!

It really was a great room with a great bed sitting right across the street from the old part of the city. The room had was on the floor above the bar/restaurant and was a big room that was super clean. Great shower with very hot water and great shower pressure too!

Check in and checkout. Probably could have used some information in regards to both of those. When first arrived - no one was there and in a few minutes that was resolved. Checking out - probably needed some help on that one that knew I had prepaid.

Nicely refurbished small hotel & resturant on the edge of the Bludenz altstadt. Nice room & bathroom. Parking. the resturant & food looked good (I didn't eat there), the bar was great for an aprés-ski beer.

You have to wait for the resturant to open before you can check-in.

The staff was very friendly. We came in late, but that was no problem! We had a beautiful view on the church next to us. The room was very spacious.

Feedback for staff: One of the windows could not be fully covered by the curtains. The shower shampoo - pump fell off.

Staff were lovely. Awesome location, our room was clean and comfortable. Amazing view of the mountains from our window. Comfy beds, we will back here for sure!

Great on site restaurant and we happened upon “steak night” so had a great meal. Fantastic location next to the old town, so we had a look around. Private parking was available and the WiFi was good. Lovely friendly helpful staff who spoke excellent English.

No breakfast available. The off street parking was very tight and limited for space but this is to be expected in a town centre hotel.

Nice hotel, friendly staff.

Walls are thin, gets noisy early in the morning when people and staff start moving around. May not be for you if you are a light sleeper. This is the case with many older buildings and hotels in Austria though.
