Cleanliness, tidiness, kindness off the staff who really did the best to make sure everything was fine. I had a really unpleasant situation with a local bus driver (who wouldn’t accept my Guest card) and the receptionist made a complaint to let me have a refund. I didn’t expect it and really appreciated! Thank you very much!

The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, the room was extremely clean, spacious and cosy and the entire location was very lovely! We will definitely return if we come to Brand again :) Thanks a lot for the comfortable stay!

There was nothing we disliked

What a great place to stay! Such friendly and helpful staff! The room was lovely and spacious. They had a nice patio to sit out on at night, all amenities close to the hotel including the gondola, dining and golf. The staff was truly the highlight of the stay, just excellent all the way around. Would stay again in a heartbeat, one of, and if not the best stay we had in Austria during our 16 days there!

The hotel is in a beautiful location with many biking trails, mountain carts and beautiful hikes nearby. The staff were very warm and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, the bed was very comfortable and the room very clean. The hotel is excellent value and gives you a Premium Guest Card that allows free transport on gondolas, buses and trains.

The room was quite small for two people. We stayed only 2 nights. In case of more day It migh already be too small.
