Everything was tidy, clean and the hotel was close to the path up to the Sareiserjoch. Also shops were closeby (Malbun isn't really that big)

The bed was too small There was no receptionist, check in and check out was done online and it was completely impersonal (I guess that's the future which awaits us) There were no physical keys, doors could only be opened by an app which constantly gives you a bad feeling about what happens if the app breaks, your internet doesn't work etc... You had to pay the tourism fee in front of the entrance door where you had to write your credit card details on your phone while a security camera was hanging there. Doesn't really give you a good feeling

In the center of Malbun, ski in - ski out, very close to lifts and restaurants a very cozy bed & breakfast. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Parking lot in front and nice views from rooms. Breakfast was delicious, very fresh croissants, fresh juice and lots of options. Everyone was very helpful during our stay. Thanks for everything, looking forward to visit Hotel Falknerei Galina again next year. As a bonus you can also see several kinds of birds nests next to the hotel.

Only comment we can share is the door opening system (app) was very technological but in our case for 2 different rooms it was complicated, thanks to the hotel management they solved immediately through the traditional key cards.

Our room was very comfortable, clean, and had a nice view from the balcony. The small town of Malbun was a really nice remote getaway and way to experience Liechtenstein. There is a unique pizzeria a few minutes walk up the street, which we really enjoyed. At the time we visited (mid June) there were not really any other businesses open in the area. There is a small grocery store nearby, but it is only open a few days a week and was closed while we were there.

We had to check in through the web browser on our phone in order to open the front door of the hotel, and the door to our hotel room. That was okay, but was a little unusual. We didn't see any staff for the 24 hours that we were there. Additionally, our room had a shared bathroom down the hall, which was okay, but we were not given towels so we had to make do with the hair dryer after we showered.

It is a great location. The hotel is clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The girl who was in the breakfast room in the mornings was very nice and helpful. It was easy to check in and out. We had digital keys that worked very well. I loved hearing the cows on hill every morning with their bells...the view was spectacular.

The room was pretty small, but it had everything we needed. The beds were a bit uncomfortable for our taste. The breakfast was very basic, and not much variety. They do have a great cappuccino.

Could not be in a better location if you like peace and quiet , absolutely stunning landscape. Hotel itself was spotless, nice facilities and the one staff member we saw at breakfast was a lovely helpful lady . We had a balcony overlooking the falconer show which was rather fun

Although the smart phone check in worked ok it was a bit of a pain . We are not phone people and had to take it everywhere just to get back I to the hotel . The shower was lovely but water tepid not hot .

The location was perfect with a beautiful mountain view, and the room and shared bathroom were very clean. The cleaning lady from Hungary was friendly and super professional. However, the hotel seemed understaffed as we only saw one staff member in two days. Free parking right in front of the hotel. Overall It's a decent budget option

The lack of essential amenities like a kettle and fridge was inconvenient, especially with limited options in Malbun. The app-controlled features, while initially novel, proved troublesome, particularly with a toddler needing access to the shared bathroom. Additionally, the rooms lacked adequate noise insulation,

Location is great - right in the middle of the Malbun. It's relatively affordable, compared to the other hotels in the area. Opening both front door and the room with a smartphone is an interesting addition.

As a solo traveler, requiring an active smartphone to check-in is a bit scary - if my phone were to die and reception was not manned, I would be stuck. An alternative that does not run out battery (maybe a PIN I could note down beforehand) would be great.

Lovely accomodation in a great mountain chalet. The property had nice common areas with a sitting room which we relaxed in. Free car parking on site was available. There is a lift for upper rooms. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable with nice doonas. The bathroom was a good size and nicely tiled, with a shower and good hot water. Communication by the host, Linn, was excellent and we were able to check in a little early. The location in the little village of Malbun is just fabulous. So pretty and so quiet. Dinner at the nearby restaurant, Vogeli, was very good. We would definitely recommend staying at this accommodation.

Unbelievable location. Stunning in every way. Online check in, and you use your phone to open the doors (via the hotel website). May not be great for the older generation. Good sized room with balcony, with a large bathroom. You could access Netflix on TV. The village is a ski resort but not many shops. There are restaurants though, but I thought were quite expensive. Regular bus service from to and from Vaduz.

Prices in Liechtenstein. Very expensive country. Paid almost €100 for a meal that would have cost almost half that in almost any other country.

Really very nice and friendly place. Super nice staff, excellent breakfast and supercomfortable spacious room (we had one with balcony, where you could see the mountain range and hear the cows with their bells in the meadow. Parking for free just in front of the hotel. Location in the middle of the village with various options for good meals and drinks on short walking distance, just as the bus stop and the chairlift. And then, the hotel has a ''Falknerei'' with the falcons and a big eagle just outside!
