The property is very nice. The view from the room was great. The garden and the building exuded a certain charm. There was no staff when we checked in but the process was very smooth and well managed. Parking was comfortable. There was also a charging station for electric vehicles. The location was not exactly within the city but was on top of a quaint, pretty hill.

It can get very warm in summer. The room we were in just had a big window/door. Keeping it open was the only way to have some ventilation. A fan/ventilator of some kind would be nice. The room also doesn't have a kettle or a wardrobe, which wasn't an inconvenience for a short stay.

There's much to like in this hotel. Beautiful location, distinctive building, comfortable bed with decent pillows, excellent breakfast and a really nice vegetarian/vegan restaurant on the premises. The restaurant staff are helpful and friendly.

Note that the restaurant is closed on weekends. In fact, since there is no reception desk, the place is completely deserted. So there is really nothing on site that offers food or drinks. No bar, not even a vending machine. It's a 15 minute walk down to the center of Schaan (and slightly longer back). Just pray it doesn't rain. The hotel boasts high speed wifi, but I found the performance to be rather lackluster. Finally, I found the artificial lighting in the room rather unpleasant, with a cold light at the entrance and two tiny spots on either side of the bed. There is no desk in the room, just a low table. These are minor complaints that do not really detract from my positive impression of my stay.

It was wonderful to check in, and have the room all set up for 3 people. Love the view and the room itself was really nice! We slept great with the fresh air coming in!

The sheets were kind of scratchy. I'm not sure why, but they were a little rough. Something that isn't exactly the responsibility of the property but was a negative for us. We arrived on Sunday at 8:30 pm. We didn't know that all public transportation stops prior to that time. So we had to walk up the hill, about 1.6 km. Unfortunately, it was also pouring rain. So by the time we got up the hill, pulling our luggage, we and all of our belongings were drenched. If you could let people, who are arriving on Sunday, know to arrive before the town shuts down, I'm sure they would appreciate it.

Great hotel, comfortable rooms with everything you need. Breakfast was delicious and there was a good variety. Location is perfect, very close to everything in Liechtenstein

I would have given a rating of 10 except for the rather negative experience at breakfast this morning. The staff member was blowing her nose around the food constantly, blunt and abrupt manner, making ongoing banging and loud noises while cleaning up the room (half an hour before breakfast was meant to end) and for some reason there was no bread for about 15 minutes an hour before breakfast ended. The staff member yesterday at breakfast was so much better; kind and friendly, calm and professional.

Beautiful location! Just 10 a minute drive to Vaduz. The hotel is in a converted monastery with views overlooking the city of Schaan. The rooms are modern and clean. Private parking is located right outside the front door near a beautiful and well maintained garden. Check-in and check-out were incredibly easy. The included breakfast is a vegetarian/vegan delight. Our family isn't vegetarian but we all found something delicious. The young lady who was managing the breakfast was polite, friendly, and attentive. Our entire family enjoyed our stay.

Not a dislike but just a footnote: the hotel is within walking distance of many delicious restaurants but it is located on a steep hill so if a member of your party has mobility issues it might be a concern. There is a restaurant located in the hotel that serves dinner but it is strictly vegetarian/vegan.

amazing views of the mountains, very peaceful location. Hotel restaurant served original & delicious vegetarian meals (& I normally avoid veg!). Breakfast was abundant & great parking even for motorbike.

The hotel is a little remote, the bus service right outside stops by 3pm so after that it's a 20 minute uphill walk from the central bus stop - this was fine for us but watch out if you have limited mobility.

Good location, close to Vaduz. Free parking. Very good view on the mountains. Girl which served breakfast was very friendly.

1. We call to reception number and after 3rd try we talked to a lady. We requested for the room with two separate beds, and lady ensure us, that it will be so. It was not. We get one double bed. 2. Meal variety on breakfast was quite poor. No hot meal. Only bread and croissant (but very fresh!), cheese, butter, cold boiled eggs, jogurt (and some extrases for it), some fruits, one type of juice and coffee on request.

Very nice and calm location a bit outside the town of Schaan with a very nice view on the mountains. Private parking space inside the property (not sure that spaces would be enough if the hotel was full?) and nice garden with lots of flower. Good breakfast (vegetarian and vegan options only, no meat) with good hot drinks prepared personally by the staff.

I would have appreciated some extra pillows and towels, as well as a couple of chairs. No refrigerator as well as no water cooker for tea/coffe in the room, what I find pity for such hotels.

Check in is self-service, which is easy, efficient and with all payment options. However, it is NOT realtime with the booking system, so it could not find my booking and I had to call support. But there is no phone in the reception area, so I had to make an international call. They should install a phone or a WhatsApp button on the screen. That was 15 min waiting not knowing if I had a place to sleep But apart from that, all was good

Amazing, modern, squeaky clean room with great view. One of the greatest culinary experiences – the vegan recipes have impressed even the mostly-meat eater that I am! It's imperative to have lunch and dinner there. There was also a neat garden with a wide variety of plants and flowers, and the surroundings were quiet and clean – great place to take a stroll in. Overall, amazing location for relaxation. Self check-out was quick and easy.

No air conditioning – was quite hot in the room during the night – and bed sheets were too thick for the summer. Quite many accommodations in the area – Switzerland and Liechtenstein – are actually missing air conditioning, so I don't thing there's much of an alternative there.
