Everything was just perfect. The staff all spoke dual language and were very friendly, smiling and welcoming. The views are stunning and the gardens and amenities superb. The highlight has to be the food , it is exceptional The Pool and sauna were very relaxing and the tv had English channels !!

We didn’t realise there were blinds to make the rooms darker

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Park Hotel Sonnehof in Vaduz. This is indeed a very nice hotel with an excellent restaurant and very pleasant room. Our terrace had views of the Prince’s Castle and the valley in which Vaduz is located as well as several mountain peaks. The location puts it above Vaduz but with the pedestrian center within an easy walk. There is also a beautiful hiking trail that starts just above the hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful, including arranging taxi service to and from the hotel. We highly recommend the Park Hotel Sonnenhof to those visiting Vaduz.

Food and friendly staff

Hotel personnel were really nice and helpful. Room had an amazing view and terrace, that together with the fireplace, was making the experience remarkable. We received information to know that bus transport is for free if you stay in Vaduz for several days…it was really useful for enjoying going around and visiting Feldkirch, Sagans and all the surroundings.

Spa was limited to small sauna and the water temperature at swimming pool was a little cold. There are limited comfortable amount of places in the swimming pool area, so we were not able to stay there, as the places were always occupied. To reach the hotel, if you don’t have a car, it is not so easy no reach by public transport. The streets are having a considerable slop and if you carry luggage and have some mobility problems, really a challenge.

No picking, best experience in years

The food, the quality of the rooms, the helpful staff. Definitely book a dinner reservation at the hotel restaurant. The food is so good. I also like that it is so close to the trails for exploring Wildschloss or seeing Vaduz castle. They also have an arrangement with the local buses so they are free with your booking.

Not necessarily a dislike but something to keep in mind. This hotel is at the top of very step roads. If you are not driving it's a bit of challenge to walk with your luggage. I took the 11 bus from Sargans and it gets you close enough for a 13 minute walk, but if you then find the 44 bus it will get you as close as you can get before you start walking.

I traveled with my dog and loved the hotel. The hotel is perfect for people with dogs. Why: - its away from the busy center - room terrace is perfect with dog - fast in the nature for a walk with the dog - little dog welcome package - I could eat breakfast and dinner outside with my dog The human food is amazing and the hotel staff very kind and attentive. For example one night it rained pretty heavy. And the outside terrace was still wet in the morning. But there was one spot which was dry. And when my dog and I arrived for breakfast we say that the waiter prepared especially for us one table so I got eat breakfast with my dog.
