Staff, location, very spacious apartment. We did not use mini kitchen but seemed well equipped as well. Very good selection for breakfast buffet. And the view from the balcony! Very friendly staff. If you are arriving with the car, there are free reserved spots (better to ask the staff for the location) and affordable garage parking in 3 min walk.

It was not an issue for us, however the hotel is in historical building, so no elevator. Family room was a bit pricey for our short stay as a small group, but should be fine for bigger family

The breakfast time window is 7.30-9.30am, which is fine, but not the most generous one. Most 3-star hotels offer breakfast until 10am (some even until 10.30am), which is appreciated by travelers that want to take it easy and sleep in a bit during their weekends or holidays.

An elevator would of been good as I had a few big bags and was on 3rd floor.

Very good value, comfortable bed, quiet and still very central, excellent breakfast, choice and quality were well above anything I’ve seen in this category of hotel in Switzerland

Rooms slightly dated but still nice, no elevator which may be a problem with heavy luggage.

The only (minor) thing that I could complain about is a relatively short breakfast window (7.30-9.30am), which may or may not be troublesome for visitors, depending on preferences.

A very nice cozy hotel. Breakfast is simple, but you have food of all kinds - eggs, sausages, vegetables and fruits, bread, etc. We didn't have any allergy restrictions, so no comment about it. Restaurants close by for dinner. Spacious, clean and quite equipped room. Kids were impressed that they had a TV in their chamber too! :-) Parking is just a few meters away from the hotel. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! Should we ever come back to Bad Ragaz, we will stay in this hotel for sure!

Pillows could be a bit harder/thicker, but this is a tiny detail. ;-)

Quiet, peaceful accommodation right on the banks of Tamina Creek. Really comfortable bed, lots of star cleanliness and world champion breakfast (huge selection, fresh and delicious). Plus point: with all the attractions close by, the Taminaschlucht excursion is almost from the doorstep.

The location was perfect for our needs. We like walking and it is very close to hill walks and trails. It is a few minutes from the town which is perfect. It was very quiet when we were there.The breakfast menu was excellent and abundant.The staff were very friendly.

We liked everything.....

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. We had to leave at 6:30am and they kindly prepared breakfast early so that we could enjoy their amazing buffet. The room was spacious, clean, with a mini fridge and water kettle and the front desk was super kind as was the morning chef. there was also a fantastic Italian restaurant right down the street. I would definitely recommend staying here!
