Everything way beyond any expectations!!! I wish I could have rated 20 out of 10 - they would definitely deserve it. Communication, flexibility, pro-active approach to my wishes and changes, even a famous 5* property staff in town might learn here quite a lot. Top of the cake: I was challenged to make my scrambled eggs on my own for breakfast and I was really truly happy, there was no chance for any dissappointment coming from the hotel kitchen:-)

We had an amazing stay at Garni Hotel Torkelbundte.The staff were friendly and helpful,the rooms were spotless and comfortable,and the facilities were excellent.The breakfast was delusious with lots of variety.Everything exceed our expectations,we will definetly come back and highly recommend it!

Lovely room with terrace. Excellent breakfast.

I had to leave too early for breakfast on the day of departure. Although I didn't want breakfast on that day, I was surprised that there was no offer of packed or simple food to take with me. As a hotel garni (i.e. bed and breakfast) I would have expected some provision for later.

Our room had an excellent shower and was spacious. The breakfast had lots of options.

There is no air conditioning so leaving the windows open is needed in hotter weather. There are church bells nearby that start early in the morning and go late into the night. The combination of open windows and church bells disrupted our sleep.

Staff was wonderful. I happened to be there over Easter weekend and they gave all of the guests goodie bags at breakfast. It's the homey touches and service that really put this place over the top for me. Breakfast was fresh and high quality--they were even kind enough to special order gluten free bread for me upon request. The location was perfectly central to what I had planned there. I would absolutely come back and recommend staying here for couples and solo travelers on your next visit to Bad Ragaz.

Perfect Hotel for value. Room had a lovely little terrasse. Location excellent. Breakfast delicious. Appreciated a lot the living room/space for clients downstairs to chill out. Highly recommend!

It's a bit dated but was comfortable and homey. Hard getting luggage up the stairs alone.

Great location, modern rooms with walk-in showers, exceptionally clean rooms, wonderful breakfasts, nice balcony with view of mountains,and very friendly staff.

There is a construction going on right there on 2023, so there is some noise, but I didn't notice the noise btw, they got good windows. They compensate some money from the fare because of that.

This is a family run small hotel, where everything had been thought out well. Friendly and nice atmosphere. The hotel is conveniently between town and the railway station. Breakfast was good. Room very quiet, very clean. It is a good idea to have a fridge for the use of the customers.
