Breakfast - very nice standard continental fare - bread cheese juice and cold cuts. The location is the hotel's high point - situated in the heart of the old town area - very beautiful and quaint. And it's a very short walk - straight down from the station. This is the third time we have stayed there, and every time we left with pleasant memories of our interactions with staff. They are simply so helpful and courteous - every one of them. The rooms are always clean and well fitted with all amenities. We love this hotel.

It's slightly pricey, but for the location and the staff and services, it's well worth it. We have stayed here three times already and may repeat it in future if we happen to be in Chur again, so I am not really complaining about the price.

This is a very well-located hotel in the old town just 10 minutes easy walk from Chur station. The hotel has floors of rooms located above retail accommodation at street level and is accessed from the rear. The room was well appointed and included a kitchen area. The breakfast (included in the price) had an excellent range of food and drink. The friendly staff spoke excellent English. In keeping with it's name, the hotel decor includes many charming pictures of past Swiss postage stamps. The management had thoughtfully included a UK electrical outlet in the room as Swiss outlets differ from regular EU ones.

Nothing to dislike.

Shoutout to Gabrielle, (the reception lady) who was very welcoming and hilarious!! She made us feel right at home. The shared bathroom was very clean. We loved the window we had from our apartment - the view was spectacular. We were able to store our luggage for free which was very helpful. The property gave us a “visitor card” which meant we had free access to the local swimming pool, free access to 3 museums and free public transport in zone 1. The 12pm checkout was also great.

There wasn’t much to do in Chur, but that’s not the property’s fault haha!

Excellent location, just a 5 min walk down a pedestrian street, easy to go to even with luggage’s and kids. Friendly and helpful staff esp the lady who checked us in. Has a lift so easy to bring luggage’s up. Nice breakfast each morning— my kids loved it! Very thoughtful touches eg adaptors already connected to the power sockets. We were able to see the mountains from our window.

We were in the comfort room- sheets were a little rough, and no kettle in the room although we could take hot water from the dining area before 9pm so this was not a big issue.

Location as it is close to the train station and the property is right in the middle of the town area. There are so many restaurants, shopping stores and most of all a huge COOP store is just around the corner. The property is clean esp. the bedsheets.

There is no coffee/tea facility in the room probably because they offer breakfast which is included in your room rate. But this is not a big issue with us as we always travel with our mini electric kettle.

This was a very pleasant hotel: clean, comfortable and with an excellent breakfast. The location is perfect, an easy walk from the station and on the edge of the charming old town. The staff at breakfast and on reception were welcoming and helpful.

It was by far the most expensive hotel we stayed in during our six week of travels, exceeding the cost of more luxurious hotels with a wider range of facilities. We didn’t have much choice when I booked about a month and a half earlier. Perhaps it’s just that part of Switzerland.

It was a great stay overall! We opted for a hotel close to the station because we'd be taking Bernina early next morning and we were very happy with our choice. The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is really good. The room is spacious and has some kitchen utensils and amenities, although we were told not to use it (e.g. oven). However, like I said the staff was friendly, and they helped us to heat a meal in their kitchen's microwave so that was not an issue. They also granted us a kind of city pass that allowed us to have discount prices in attractions such as the museum and cable car. The hotel is close to the city center, in the heart of a charming Christmas market.

Nothing to complain, I hope to be back!

Great location, nice staff, good breakfast, quiet area, good WiFi. Have been here several times and will continue.

Not a problem, but it was interesting how one cleaning person made the bed so it was easy to get unto, while another practically tied the blanket in knots, apparently so it would "look nice", but then had to be untangled. I much prefer the former with the blanket laid out flat and a corner turned down, which also looks more inviting.

Very centrally located in the city, in the pedestrian area. The train station is within walking distance. The staff is excellent. Breakfast was good. Easy to walk in all directions through the city.

If you come by car, parking is within 10 minutes' walking distance in a public garage, but it's okay, you can drop off your luggage first in front of the hotel to enter the pedestrian area.

Excellent location in regard to the train station, a short 8' straight walk. Easy walk from there to all of the city of Chur. The hotel room was perfect inside with separate spaces in the room for children & parents, clean and welcoming. Breakfast was satisfying, even featuring free range Swiss eggs which were delicious. The stuff was superb! We thank them for all the help we got!
