We were only there for one night as our plan was to get the Bernina express first thing in the morning. The accommodation is good however we didn’t realise it was a 1.5km walk into town which in all fairness was a nice stretch of the Legs given we’d been on a train all day.. The accommodation is neat and tidy and provides a very nice backdrop to the mountain ranges. YOU MUST walk into the old town and experience the Village. Two of our accompanying guests enjoyed the restaurant that evening whilst we ate in the old town and they said the meal was exceptional .

The breakfast is very basic for the Price. Ask for more pillows

1. First word - The views are FANTASTIC from the corner rooms. The Panoramic windows gives an amazing landscape view of the city and mountains. 2. Spacious and clean rooms and bathrooms. 3. Great supply of toiletries. 4. Just 10 mins bus ride to the main Chur station (bus #6 - every 15 mins - right from the entrance of the hotel). 5. Coop supermarket located in the same building as the hotel. 6. Just 5-6 mins bus ride to a nearby Sri Lankan restaurant (Chutney) - must try if you are into Indian/Lankan food. 7. Ample breakfast options with spacious sitting areas with fantastic views of the mountains.

Nothing really.

They seem to be building just beyond the city center to expand the city and that is where this hotel was located. Only a short bus ride to the city center and a free bus pass was provided. There were swings in the lobby, views of the mountains, great access to the bus line and connected to a bowling alley and theater.

The view from the room was not as nice as that pictured. The bowling alley was closed.

Fantastic check in with friendly staff who gave us a free pass for the bus into the centre. Room was amazing - a large double plus two singles for our kids (so much more comfy than a sofa bed!) we all had the best night's sleep. Bathroom was luxurious with gorgeous toiletries and a loo with a view! Restaurant on level 2 was fantastic - we didn't have a table booked but it was no issue for the staff to set us up a table. Great sized portions of quality tasting food. Excellent value

Stunning views, and great shutters on windows. Very spacious room. Easily accessible from train station by a bus direct to door. Staff were friendly. Hotel is connected to a small shopping centre with a coop megastore.

Not a huge amount of restaurant options in the immediate vicinity, but town centre accessible by bus (or walk of approx 20 minutes).

The view from our corner room was spectacular - even with all the roads and buildings below the mountains. The room was very comfortable and stylish with a beautiful bathroom. We appreciated being able to borrow an adaptor and iron for no extra charge. The breakfasts were delicious. And despite being outside the centre, it was quick and easy (and free!) to travel in and out by bus

1. Our grandchild left her stuffed dog toy in the bed and we did not have time to get it. I made the reception and management aware of the problem and was called the next morning after check-out and informed that the toy had been located by examining all bedding to be washed., and that it would be mailed back to us. That is GREAT SERVICE! 2. The restaurant is very conveniently located in the hotel and we were happy with the meals and service. 3. The bus to the rail station is right outside the entrance and free if using the "Graubünden Guest Card"

The room was incredibly comfortable and spotless. The modern decor and well-maintained facilities gave the place a fresh, inviting feel. One of the highlights was the stunning view from the room. The hotel’s location is ideal for travelers with a car. It’s easy to reach and offers convenient parking. The city center is a 10-minute bus ride away. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating.

Brilliant hotel and location. The mall underneath is handy if you need travel supplies or to get food at the supermarket. We arrived via motorbike which we parked in the safe underground car park. The room was lovely with a view of the mountain. The hotel is quiet and managed to get a good nights sleep.

The only thing was the pillows are very soft, however they are big so I just folded it over to try and make it more comfortable. However this is preference so I am still giving a 10.

We chose the location because it was out of the hustle of the main town and the bonus was we were right on top of a large Shopping Center with a free bus into town very close by we are not coffee drinkers but the staff brought up a kettle for us so that we could boil some water and make a cup of tea the apartment was roomy
