Tucked away in the mountains of Davos, it is a brilliant hidden gem of tranquility with amazing views. The staff are all extremely helpful, Sylvia and her husband always go out of their way to help you and provide a top notch service. Before arriving they were very responsive to any queries. If you're with kids, the place has lots to do. A paddle pool which was thoroughly enjoyed, and a huge loft play area with a soft play setup and tons of toys, books, and games. There is a local shop a 10 min walk away from where you can get most of your supplies if you're wanting to cook in the rooms yourself.

It was a great experience. Maybe some of the decor could be modernised a bit, but that's really me nitpicking. When there, you want to open the door and take in the amazing views of the mountains across, and that's what it provides.

Fantastic children's facilities. Nice restaurant with good food. Friendly staff. Beautiful secluded location.

We had to leave one night early due to a family issue. Unfortunately it meant that we were not able to stay our second night and the hotel didn't offer us anything in terms of partial refund/voucher. I understand it, as it would not have been possible for them to book out the room at such short notice again, but it would have been nice to receive something against a future stay perhaps.

Fantastic family hotel, the small town is amazing. All the staff were super friendly (they even managed to gave us some dinner although we arrived after the restaurant was closed). It is my first time as a family with a baby to go to a "family" hotel and it exceeded my expectations, they had everything to make the most out of your stay. The wellness area for our baby was just great. Also the recommendations for activities were perfect. We definitely will go back again in the future.

Amazing place to stay, with family , with friends, alone . Go for the half pension as the food is impressive, The owners and the staff as well, extremely nice and very flexible. 5*, Wellness area amazing, location is very good. I would and will return !

the hosts were wonderful, best service ever! We love the indoor play area for children, perfect for our 15 month old baby!

the driveway to garage was uphill and with the snow, our car barely made it up. The owner was able to help us drive the car up to the garage though, which was a bonus!

Beautiful and convenient location, away from the center of Davos but near all the attractions. The room was comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The spa area was really nice.

Dining room is packed with no distancing of the guests. Waitress wearing her mask below the chin even though it is mandatory for guests - seriously?!?

Breakfast and dinner was good, the location was great and the regional card was really a bonus for the bus close by and trains which even included a historic train ride that was fantastic. Having the Sauna and Whirlpool all to ourselves for an hour was really nice. Our Room/Apartment was nice too with a lovely view and there was Parking.

The Aparthotel is great for families. The amount of things to do within the hotel exceeded my expectations. They have a large kids club area with a ball pit, slide, Lego room, puzzles, play area and art. If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay with kids there is plenty of entertainment for them here. The pool is a "kids pool", very shallow so perfect for littles. Due to Coronavirus we could only get breakfast at the hotel which was also very nice. The town is small and not much choice for other meals. However, the apartment comes with an equipped kitchen therefore you can cook your own meals.

Everything was very well organized, nothing we "didn't like".
