THE APARTMENT WAS NEW AND AMAZING THE BEDS WAS COMFTABLE AND BIG THE BATHROOM WAS AMAZING AND THE KITCHEN WAS HUGE AND SOOPER CLEAN IT WAS ALL THE THINGS THAT YOU NEED FOR FOOD . THE INTIRE HOUSE WAS SOOOOOPER CLEAN . THE LOCASHION WAS THE BEST!!! OUR HOSTESS WAS AVALEBLE ANYTIME !! AND SHE HELP US IN EVERYTHINGGG!!! THE PORCH WAS BIG AND THE LANDSKAPE WAS BRATH TAKING!!! WE NEVER ENJOY LIKE THIS !!!!! THANK YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The location is located close to the center of Davos Platz. The use of a parking place in the garage at the building site was due to the weather difficult, the possibility of a parking place outside the building site, along the road was a good alternative.

We don/t have any suggestions.

Cozy, clean and quiet

Logistical problem upon arrival (missing key), which the friendly cleaning lady helped to solve. However, I was not impressed that no one answered when calling the listed contact number. This was at 16:30 (check-in opened at 16:00) on a friday and if I hadn’t gotten a hold of the neighbours, who gave us the cleaning ladys number, we would have stood out in the cold with no idea what to do… Additionally, I never heard back from the property manager, despite leaving a message on their voicemail and writing them an email.

Property key was not available on arrival and we were stranded in temperatures of -3C in the dark with nowhere to stay and owner would not answer phone

The living room is very spacious and kitchen is modern. All bedrooms are renovated and beds were comfortable. Children loved the huge TV. Location is very good, 10 min walk down to Kinderland.

There was in fact no parking available- we were lucky that the weather was good, so that we did not have to remove the snow everyday to get out from the parking ( and we parked in fully icy side street). Alternative for the parking was the slot two levels down, which was difficult with all children equipment and trolley. For this price you would expect the real parking spot to be assigned (we had one assigned parking spot for 3 bedroom apartment which is already not enough, and even this did not happen). When we arrived there were no basic amenities- no toilet paper, no soap, no dish soap, no trash bags so after 3 hrs driving we had to first go shopping before anybody could use the toilet or unpack the car (and we arrived on Sunday). No information was provided on trash collection so we had to ask the neighbors what to do. There is no skiraum. At the beginning when we were the only one in the house the space next to stairs was enough. As soon as more families came all the trolleys, sledges and skies were laying in the corridor ( due to lack of space, not negligence of people). Please note that photos of the view are outdated and there is a huge construction side just beside the living room. There is no Mountain View, just building view. The balcony still gets plenty of sun, but there are noises from the construction in other building. Not a complain because we knew it- there is only one toilet in the apartment and it is rustic (as well as second bathroom with bathtubs).
