Very friendly staff - they were welcoming and easy to talk to, and made us feel right at home. The facilities were very good, with a wellness centre consisting of a gym, pool, sauna and steam room - we had them entirely to ourselves since we were staying in between the winter and summer seasons! Very good selection for breakfast, and private hotel parking was very helpful.

Only downside was that the room was quite hot and we couldn’t find a control for the heating/air conditioning. So we opened a window a little overnight instead. I’m sure if we asked about this then the hotel would have helped us but we were only there for one night enroute to our next destination so didn’t need to.

The staff were extremely helpful and effective. The setup in the room was practical, mores than other hotels I've experienced in Davos. The breakfasts were plentiful, and the restaurant food delicious. My colleague and I had a very good stay.

My only very slight negative is the room keys and lock, the doors don't automatically lock when leaving a room., instead they have a traditional key on a very large and heavy keyfob; but it's easy to hand it in at reception when coming and going and staff amazingly remember your room number so you often don't have to ask or wait when theyre dealing eith another guest! Also we did lose WiFi for several hours during our stay.

The staff is super nice and helpful. The location is great. Just a 10 minute walk from the Davos train station. The local bus stop is only a few minutes away and so is a little grocery store called Coop Pronto. The indoor pool, infrared cabin and sauna are also very nice. The Schatzbergalp and Jakobshorn cable cars are only a short walk away for some nice hiking. The breakfast buffet and dinner are also very good. The premium guest card is a great value. You can ride the local bus and the train to Klosters or Filisur for free. It also gives you great discounts for the cable cars.

Small plastic bottles for shampoo and little bars of soap. Refillable containers would be nicer. The carpeting is getting quite old and the bed was not the most comfortable I have ever slept in. No low flush toilet in my room. They have them everywhere else in the hotel, so that seemed a little odd.

Lovely spacious rooms with large balcony. Nice to open the windows and step out. Used the pool. Only ones in it so plenty of room. Easy check in and friendly staff. Nice ambience- traditional Swiss hotel with wooden decor. Great hotel to visit in the summer. Lovely views of trees & mountains. 24- hour desk. We were back very late after a concert & it was no problem getting in. Perfect for the purpose & good value compared to comparable other hotels. Would recommend.

The only thing was at breakfast- cheese too hard and eggs could be warmer but we were at the end of breakfast time. Breakfast staff pleasant though.

Everything is great! The room is clean and cozy. There is everything you need. The room is cleaned every day. The staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. Located in the heart of Davos. Nearby there are stores, cafes, transportation. I will definitely come back more than once!

Location in walking distance from Davos Platz station, bus stop for getting around in Davos very close by. Good breakfast, especially the different choices for bread. Unfortunately I did not have time to use the swimming pool or other facilities, so cannot provide feedback on those. Staff was friendly and helpful.

First night the people in the next room were loud until after midnight (of course that is not the fault of the hotel per se, but it was still annoying)

The breakfast was good. As I was leaving before the breakfast, the staff prepared a lunch box and I was able to have my breakfast in train. Super friendly staff. There is a special cabinet in the lobby where to keep skiing equipment.

The WiFi signal was quite weak. There were places in the number where there were no WiFi signal. The best WiFi signal was in the corridor.

Location is great. Breakfast was good. Room was very nice and especially large. Roof terrace is super nice. Spa and pool are really all you need but might be on the small side in winter.

It would be nice if breakfast had some smoked salmon. TV: not one English channel apart from CNN worked- "no ci module". I think German channels worked but didn't test that. Wireless is weak, so everything is super slow on the computer but hey- it worked.

Only stayed one night, but it was excellent. The room was really bog and comfortable. I really enjoyed the breakfast as there was plenty of choice. The pool was really inviting with a view of the mountain. Having it all to myself was a bonus! In the room there was a bathrobe and slippers which was a great touch. The hotel is a minute walk from the bus stop and Shatzalpbahn. It is down a side street which can be quite steep for some people. A bonus was the Davos card I was given at reception which allowed free uses of the locate transport. Overall a really good stay.

Nothing. Everything was good. Even got snow flurries in the morning, which made me happy!
