The rooms are very nice and spatious. The location is great - 5 mins walking from the railway station. The SPA is wonderful: sauna, pool with a nice view, outdoor relax space.

The quality of the restaurant is not as high as the one of the hotel. Also, there were quite some mistakes in taking our orders for breakfast -- nothing impossible to solve, but still, one notice these problems since all the rest is perfectly organized.

From start to finish, we had a great experience! Kind reception ladies, making sure you know what you get during your stay. Very nice facilities, built with taste and the customer in mind. Enjoy delicious food at the TWIST restaurant, where you'll find kind and professional staff. Exceptional Saunas, a big enough fitness center for a boutique hotel, yoga hall .... Simply excellent.

Everything was amazing. From the location, to the cleanliness and the staff! The hotel is extraordinary and much better than the 5 stars hotels. Just next to the lake and all amenities. The spa is beautiful with outdoor sun beds. The restaurant has amazing dishes and unique cuisine. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Unique interior and exterior. We felt cosy and comfortable with everything.

Staff was super friendly! They tried to make everything as nice as possible and help out with every need. Also, room got randomly upgraded to an even bigger and prettier one (would have been just as happy with my original booking but still super happy about it and amazing surprise ☺️)

Very new and excellent facilities, loved the SPA and indoor pool and the room was large and cozy. Great to have daily activities planned for you (in addition to skiing). The yoga teacher was great. Breakfast was also great, had plenty of choice, both on the buffet and a la carte. Easy to reach with a short walk from the train station.

Despite all personnel was trying their very best and, individually, they are all very nice people, it felt there is an overall lack of organisation. Rooms were made very late in the day (we would find the cleaning lady in the room at 3pm when coming back from skiing). On the first day we found the saunas off and needed to wait an hour to use them (they simply forgot). We could give a lot of other small example.. all to say that with a bit more attention to details in the service, the stay would have been rated higher

The room was very large. Furniture was stylish and fun. We enjoyed using the record player that was in the room and sitting in the hanging swing on our balcony. The bathroom was huge, well appointed, and modern.

Everything! Fabulous room/spa/breakfast/location. Staff were rightfully passionate about hotel and very helpful.

Found out after booking hotel the dining room was fully booked for a local event but guided us to local alternatives.

Breakfast was fine. Lunch in the sunshine on the terrace was delightful. Collection from and transfer back to the station made live a lot easier.

CHF 6 for a bottle of still water at the table is a rip off, when the same is available free at breakfast and in the bedroom.

Such a relaxing place after a long day in the mountains around Arosa. Amazing new hotel with super professional staff and modern facilities. A great spa to exercise and relax, wonderful cozy rooms that are quiet and comfortable with contemporary design. Super central and close to all there is to do in Arosa. We loved how welcoming they are with dogs, and our puppy was certainly happy to stay at the Valsana! We were also surprised by the many interesting activities that the hotel proposed daily. We will gladly be back.

Breakfast was a little disorganised or missing items at times but staff was always positive and available to fix the issue. For the hotel restaurant Twist, we would have loved also a more varied menu for repeat guests like us, as the choices were limited or veering towards expensive. A note on the cost of tap water, which we found too expensive (6 CHF) compared to a bottle of Coke or a cocktail.

The swimming pool was great.

Service and assortment in ski shop in the hotel is not as high standard as the hotel. The ski gear dry cabinet was not working.
