The staff was very friendly. The dining and bar area was very nice.

It was not the fault of the property but there was construction right in front of the hotel and at times it was very noisy. If we would have known we would have chosen a hotel at the other end of town. We had looked forward to playing pool at the hotel but were then told that it wasn't available becasue of a private function that was ongoing during our 2 day stay. There was a travel card included with our stay which could be used for free use of ski lifts, golfing, paddle boats etc.. It would have been good if the hotel let us know about it. We only found out by chance when entering the information office of the town.

The breakfast and service from reception and waitstaff was fabulous! The rooms were a decent size, and the bathrooms were well appointed. I really loved the local soap in the bathroom.

The beds were a little firm and I would have liked more pillows to choose from, the two pillows available in our double room were quite soft. The room was a bit hot at night, but that's what you get visiting in high summer!

The hotel is beautiful, the view of the mountain very nice, the rooms are comfortable, big and very clean. The location is perfect to walk by the lake and hike up the mountains. The personnel is very friendly, welcoming and helpful for any question asked. The breakfast is good and suits people with gluten allergies. The spa is very pleasant. We liked it so much we stayed another night.

Room was upgraded to a double with a balcony, unfortunately for reasons beyond the control of the hotel building work outside made the balcony too noisy to use on most days.

Amazing staff and location. I went by myself on a solo ski trip and m stay was everything I was hoping for. Hotel is at a walking distance from the train station,.and the train trip from Chur to Arosa is just stunning. The small spa in the hotel provided for a much needed relaxing time after a day of skiing!

Room was a bit too small but still comfy.

The hotel staff was nice, talkative, and friendly. We also got a surprise -- a bigger room than we originally ordered. The wellness center is included in the stay's price. Our room was nice and cozy. Breakfast offered a lot of choices. We have also bought ourselves an Arosa Tourist card for one of the days of our stay to take advantage of free cable car runs. The card is offered for a surcharge of 7.80 CHF.

The wooden floor in our bathroom was creaking, probably because of some previous "water accident".

The room was superb! We got an upgrade for our special night and the hotel outdid themselves with their service. The breakfast was another treat, it’s a buffet with a great view of the mountains ⛰️

There was nothing to dislike.

Hotel is well located, near city center and ski lifts. Staff is very friendly. We were upgraded to a room with balcony. Dog friendly. Very good value for money. Thanks again for everything.

The staff were very nice and friendly. The hotel was older style, but very cosy, comfortable and welcoming. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking the mountains. The beds were comfortable, the views great and we were happy. We enjoyed using the jacuzzi after our walking. The hotel is situated quite centrally.

The restaurant was rather noisy in the evening, but we were given a table with lovely views, so can't really complain!

Great location close to the center, spacious room with a terrace and a view, comfortable beds, generous breakfast, great food a la carte.

Pre-assigned seating at the breakfast. The needle in the sewing kit is not usable (opening too small).
