I had the most wonderful vacation thanks to this hotel and the staff. I will describe it to you from several points of view: 1. The meeting. The road to Arosa is quite stressful for people who are afraid of heights (my recommendation for such people is not to take too many risks or to go prepared, especially in winter with the necessary tires, but the view is breathtaking). Instead, after such a stressful journey, when you arrive at the hotel you are greeted by the hotel valet who, with a warm smile, asks you how you got there and offers to carry your luggage. Also, the reception staff is very responsive and welcoming. I came to the hotel to celebrate my birthday which had been 3 days earlier, so the manager gave me a small present in the form of a bottle of wine in the room and took into account the fact that I preferred the room with a bathtub, but also upgraded the room of the people I was traveling with. 2.Food The food is very varied and delicious, it's even more varied and delicious than at 5* hotels in Turkey. We had the breakfast option where we had various dishes even for vegetarians and people on a diet: hummus, vegetables, fruits, different yogurts, cakes, eggs, potatoes, omelette, olives, cheeses, fresh juices, but also from the dispenser, the coffee is very delicious. The kitchen staff were also very kind, welcoming, caring and attentive. The view is towards the mountain. 3.Rooms: The room is clean, it was warm enough. There was only a coffee maker in the room, but at our request, they provided a kettle. There are bathrobes in each room, but no slippers. There was only a shampoo dispenser and a soap in the bathroom. 4. Atmosphere The atmosphere in the hotel is very warm, pleasant, they have a fireplace where you can put wood on the fire yourself, the bar is next to the fireplace and you have the opportunity to sit with a glass of wine or produce. 5.

I didn't like the wifi because you have to log in with your phone number and you have to receive a code. But anyway wifi loads fast

Super helpful staff, excellent buffet (both breakfast and dinner), quite big wellness area (multiple saunas, steam room, various relaxation areas, pool, small gym, group classes, and even infrared sauna). Some parts of the hotel were renovated recently and are very modern and lux (mainly the common areas like restaurant, bar, wellness). They have a shuttle that goes back and forth between the train station and the hotel, which is very useful if there is snow because the road to get there can get slippery.

The beds were ok-ish... both me and my partner had some minor back+neck pains in the mornings. The pool was not warm enough to feel relaxed.

Nice rooms and great swimming pool and spa. Overall a very good stay and good value for money

Mostly the property is very nice. Restaurant is nicely equipped and spacious but the food offering was broadly the same every day - not very creative and quality was just average. Shuttle bus insufficient and sometimes no space

The shuttle to and from the train station is amazing. Rooms were comfortable and it was nice there were single rooms as well. The buffet dinner was nice, and also close to go to other restaurants. Variety for breakfast, nice spa, and incredibly helpful staff. Perfect location for our group ski weekend!

The Sauna and pool were definitely my favourite facilities in the hotel, the breakfast had a pile of food to choose from which was very delicious. The room was cozy and nice.

Maybe jutr the distance from the supermarkets but they have a shuttle that brings you to the ski gondola and right beside it you have supermarket.

A bit dated, but in very good condition, has everything you would need for a comfortable ski stay. Breakfast and dinner have plenty of options. A nice bonus is a direct decent via slope 1h from Weisshorn.

The staff was absolutely great! The spa and gym facilities were also great. The room was a bit outdated but some might consider this alpine vibes. Big plus to the amazing staff who made our stay beyond excellent.

Pleasant dining room and bar. Good spa and ski storage.

Plenty of space, decent location, super friendly stuff, nice atmosphere, clean and tidy.

Price was high...but swiss + alps is like that. Full floor carpet in room could go out.

Breakfast + Dinner was good. Little more varyity would have been apptrciated-
