Hotel is near Zentrum bus stop which means quick to train station and Hornli express lift at other end of village. its about a 8-10 min walk to station downhill (uphill on arrival in). rooms clean and good. plenty of storage etc... breakfast is a 15frs extra - includes one croissant, two rolls, jam, juice and coffee. not greatest breakfast for switzerland, but sufficient to start day and breakfast room has amazing views. baggage storage if skiing on last day.

breakfast is a paid extra. google and other maps are wrong locating hotel (as of 1/25) they take you to a building about 5 mins down street from hotel (no. 71). if walking from station, go past point on map five minutes to 103. you will see hotel after you pass the train tracks.

Family run hotel with friendly staff. The room was well-sized with a modern bathroom. Hotel within walking distance of the bottom chair and the Weisshorn cable-car but is uphill on the way back from skiing. The view from the breakfast room was spectacular - this would be the same view if you had a room on the mountainside. Price was reasonable considering it was high season.

The ski room was a bit small with not enough room on the boot hangers (but there was the option of leving your boots outside the hotel room as plastic grills were provided for this purpose)

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We could leave our bags in the storage room in the morning before checking-in for the afternoon, and we even got the keys to our room in advance, so we could stay on the slopes longer and not have to come all the way back to the hotel to check-in. The breakfast restaurant next door was 10/10, and was recommended to us by the staff. We also liked sitting in the lounge area and enjoyed a wonderful view of the mountains

Pillows were a bit uncomfortable - too tough

The hotel was very accommodating. When we arrived, we realized that we had booked the wrong type of room. they worked with us to get us into a different room that met our needs very nicely. We had a balcony with a beautiful view

The breakfast was good but, seemed a little bit pricey for coffee, juice and bread.

Location , friendly staff - had a little hickup w/ the reservation but was quickly resolved, nice big room, good bed and best shower i had in long time

If you want 2 separate beds, double check w/ hotel upfront- quickly resolved

Breakfast in hotel was adequate. The Guterschuppen was much better.

Hotel would not allow dog in restaurant.

Everything - staff so pleasant and helpful, really spoilt us. Great views over the valley.
