Everything was self service but really well-organised. At first I found it strange, for example the self check-in was done through a machine and breakfast self service in a dedicated area where the continental breakfast was available (great coffee machine, fresh yoghurts, milk, juices, lovely fresh brad and croissants. It really worked well, although I was a bit skeptical at first! Beds were really comfortable and the room spacious. The gorgeous mountain views from our windows were unexpected!

Despite no front desk felt save and cozy and well taken care of. Just at train station, but did not have issues with excessive noise.

Cleaner knocked and entered while I was still in bed reading in the morning. Cleaner was very discrete, but I would think there should be a tech solution to see if a room is occupied, given that the room key is inserted in a power release/slit.

The hotel has a nice lounge area and laundry facilities. Staff respond quickly to our questions. Breakfast was good. The room is clean and has a separate sink area in addition to bathroom. Window has exterior shades that automatically opens and closes for sunlight time.

The power outlets next to the beds didn’t work for us. Had to use extension cords from another wall. Wish the parking could be more convenient.

Trainstation right next to hotel. Comfy bed. Big room and bathroom. Clean. Easy access. Coffee machine readily available along with other hot beverages.

Don't know why, but I had been charged an extra €40 on top of the reservation amount. Because you check in yourself, you can not not pay or you can not enter the building.

Easy reservation, smart and easy automated check in, pretty clear instructions on where to park. Didn’t have to face or talk to a single person, which was amazing! Great location, at the train station, but perfectly quiet at night. Haven’t tried the coffee or breakfast, but will do next time!

The property was as expected for a pod-type hotel that is not traditionally staffed. It was clean and updated. The breakfast selections were enough for a good start to the day. The location was VERY convenient next to the train station.

Entering the first door a little confusing but I was able to use the call button for help.

we were a bit sceptical at first not having anyone to help us with the check-in but let me tell you what it is easy at it sounds and he had no problem whatsoever. as we went up into the breakfast area we did bump into someone who work there he spoke fluent English and welcomed us with a smile. great views from the room and super super modern good decoration and clean. automatic out side blinds, simple but good continental breakfast , there is public near by parking and is free (we only need to stamp the ticked if planning to leave) easy enough to figure up just looking around were the breakfast area was. nice restaurant just a minute away from the front door and there is supermarkets 2 minutes walk (you can't miss).

wi-fi was very good but there is restrictions on it, for ex; i was trying to open my online game and the wi-fi wouldn't let me do it, I had to go to a public wi-fi to be able to access. parking is secure but it is public depending of what you driving can be a worry nether less didn't had a single problem.

Clean, tidy, quiet and easy to use. The location is perfect for shopping or having a day out to visit “Heididrof”. The lounge is 24h self service tea and coffee bar. Breakfast is very basic but good enough to start the day.

Right at the train station, easy check-in at any time, always clean and quiet (despite being at the train station, the windows are very well insulated and you can’t hear anything). Breakfast is quite good for the price. a good value for business travelers. Rooms are quite big, there’s always water and the bathroom is updated and very clean.

At breakfast the coffee is just terrible - might just be me but it’s the only thing I can really say that I don’t like about the hotel.

A great new style hotel. Nice soundproof room. Good common space and facilities to eat. Neat electronic check-in. Simple but good breakfast included.
