The room, breakfast, spa

The breakfast was good. The room was really great, and the parking was right outside

The waiter in the restaurant wasn’t very happy to give service

The location was in a calm, natural surrounding on the outskirts of Bad Ragaz. Delicious Breakfast, with an option to have lunch bag prepared (best to ask for it with 30min advance, it can be delivered to the room too). Very helpful and professional staff. There was an access to sauna and the outside pool.

My room was a bit dark and there was no protection against bugs in windows, so best to close them for the late afternoon and night. There was no lift in Residence part of the hotel, which made carrying bulky luggage a bit of a challenge.

The location, the friendly staff

Made very welcome on arrival and throughout our 5 night stay. The rooms throughout the Hotel were beautifully looked after and kept meticulously clean. The bedroom was a very good size with access to a large balcony enjoyed a good night's sleep and the ensuite facilities were adequate. The meals were excellent and always a good choice carefully explained by the superb staff. The hotel was adjacent to the Golf club and the Thermal Baths and itself offered Spa facilities. Must point out how helpful and delightful the Reception Staff were at all times.

Some of the furnishings would benefit from a touch up!

"We had a wonderful one-night stay at Schloss Hotel Bad Ragaz while travelling home from Scuol. Our family room was comfortable and well-appointed, providing a perfect stopover. We especially enjoyed the wellness centre, which offered a relaxing break after our journey. For dinner, we dined at the hotel restaurant, where a delicious Indian buffet—apparently a local highlight—was served. The next morning, breakfast was beautifully presented as a buffet, offering a great start to our day. Overall, a lovely and refreshing stay!"

I would have loved to have stayed longer

Great hotel location and excellent service. The rooms are spacious and very clean. On the day of our early departure for the Bernina Tour, the staff kindly prepared sandwiches and fruit for us in the morning. Special thanks to the maître d’ for the helpful advice and recommendations — they really helped us make the most of our stay. We are very satisfied!

It would be even better if there were a small fridge in the room. Overall, we are very satisfied!"

Wonderful. A castle. We were made to feel very welcome upon arrival. The reception staff could not do enough for us. The room was old and a little outdated, but very clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel itself is very well maintained and has a majestic air about it. We dined at the restaurant which is mostly Indian cuisine. And turned out to be one of the best Indian meals we have had. A truly pleasant and memorable experience. Thanks to all the staff.

Everything was excellent

The Pavilon rooms are very close to the SPA Oasis, so it was a nice stay!

Breakfast was standard, average. It was advertised more like a grandiouse beautiful one. The view from the breakfast place was dreamy.

Staff super friendly, swimming pool was great fun for the kids, spacious outdoor area for all to enjoy the garden, BBQ dinner with live music and dancing, it was a really fun night. Breakfast was great and plentiful, which we enjoyed outside in the sun. Great place for families, really nice grounds with trees in the back and great mountain views out front.

Swimming pool wasn't heated, so a bit chilly, but the kids loved it after a day in the mountains
