Room from second day was fine (other than the Bad Ragaz church bells and clock). The hotel has been renovated and is extremely clean (but strange architect related quirks, see below). Location is in the middle of the village. Good breakfast. Hotel staff are extremely helpful and obliging.

We had to move from our initial room because of noise from the road (on the road side, traffic is not so heavy but regular) compounded by the need to open the windows to reduce the heat in the room. As stated, the hotel has been beautifully renovated but the architect made no provision for central heating/cooling other than a column fan. Given the new normal with hot summers as in Switzerland, this may prove problematic in the future as it did for us on this visit. Incidentally, Bad Ragaz church clock chimes every 15min over 24hours!! And the bells start calling the faithful at 0600!!

The Junior Suite is amazing - the room layout and size give the feel of an even more luxurious hotel. The bathtub is just exceptional and the bed extremely comfortable. Now the breakfast… out of this world! Great choice of bread, pastries, nuts, fruit, cold cuts and cheeses. We really enjoyed our short weekend stay and will definitely be back!

I am absolutely amazing by this Hotel management! The hotel is elegant and luxurious, beautiful modern decorated room with jacuzzi in each room .We had a kid 1,5 years and they prepared toys in our room that were appropriate for his age, Food from the morning buffet was excellent, great variety “ you name it they had it” , Waiters from Restaurant/ Buffet were very attentive and quick!Also reception was very friendly and helpful ( we had a particular request and they did above and beyond to fulfill our request) They are close to Thermal Tamina( 4 min walk) and close to all restaurants! I would like to thank Sorell Hotel to make our stay so cozy ! Highly recommend this place!

I liked absolutely everything

good hotel, well maintained

staff was not well informed about the tamina therme - didn't know to tell us that kids under 3yo are forbidden to enter - told us we get a huge discount as hotel guests but 1. didn't tell us we need to pay at the hotel before leaving to the thermal pools; 2. the discount was very negligible (in the weekend) and not as they said. in the end - we traveled with a 2yo kid and one of us had to wait outside with the baby. We drove back to the hotel to buy the discounted tickets, but it wasn't worth jt as I explained

The hotel was clean and modern and the overall atmosphere was nice - driven by very friendly and helpful employees. The focus on sustainability is very welcome.

The breakfast buffet is good but could be improved, for example: freshly made pan cakes, other bread spreads (humus etc), etc

Cosy spot in the middle of a cute sleepy little town, close to restaurants. Very comfortable bed, comforter and room. Great breakfast. Friendly staff.

The inability to park right in front of the door to unload our baggage. Just a standing fan in the room on a hot day. Loud people at a bar terrace across from the hotel on w.e. until 2am and could not keep the window open because of that. Rooms in the back are quieter and have a balcony and a view.

Nice large rooms Good location, close to the thermal pools at the Grand Resort Hotel.

A bit strange that it was closing for two weeks on the day we checked out. Also reception closed at 5.00pm, though to be fair they were still on site around 6.00pm. Our train was late arriving. No details given if there was an emergency after reception closed what to do or whom to contact.

A very nice breakfast, great and good choice of everything. The cooperation with the Therme was excellent and the service provided by the staff in the hotel was excellent.

It was unfortunate that the restaurant is no longer open for dinner.

Our stay in the beautiful two-bedroom hotel room in Bad Ragaz exceeded all expectations. The central location in the city center provided convenience, and the breathtaking view of the mountains from the room was truly enchanting. The high ceilings and the unique addition of a bathtub in the living room added a touch of luxury to an already memorable experience.

Nothing complain about

A junior suit was spacious and comfortable. The beds were simply perfect! Also a big modern shower was highly appreciated.

The hotel is on the main street so it's rather noisy but the hotel has provided ear plugs which was very thoughtful.
