Fantastic staff! Always attentive and helpful. We had a small problem and it was fixed in an exemplary manner. The entire hotel feels fresh, with a pleasant combination of new and old architecture. Our room was spotless and so cosy. We loved everything about our stay!

The parking garage was difficult to find.

The room was huge as it was on two levels. Downstairs there was a living room with table, chairs and coffee machine and a bathroom. Upstairs there was the bed and a telescope to see the mountains. The room and the hotel were beautifully designed. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The restaurant had good food. Breakfast was also very delicious with a broad variety of foods. The spa and pool area were very nice (open till 6 pm for families and after that for adults only). The lobby and restaurant area had a great decor with outfits worn by stars and a Harley Davidson motorbike.

Nothing. Travelling with small kids is always a challenge, and it would have been nice if there were curtains or window shutters upstairs as the room was not dark till late as it was summer. There was also no way to block the stairs. A temporary gate for the stairs could be helpful. As there is so much space downstairs, a kitchenette with at least sink could help as well.

1. There's no direct access from the garage to elevator and the hotel. You have to find the way to the elevator of your hotel since there's other elevator leading to another hotel and some apartments. You go through the SPA zone of your hotel and you're confident that the closest elevator if the one leading you to your floor, but it's not. More explicit signs would definitely help. 2. The chair from IKEA in the room is not comfortable for the back. One have to put pillows under the back.

Fantastic hotel, we loved the 2 bedrooms apartment we booked for our family and friends - very spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. The spa (pool, jacuzzi, sauna) is also top notch. Finally, I found the hotel quite well located, 15min walk from the Jakobshorn lift (or 5 min by car, hotel offers parking as well), 5min from the main street with all the shops and 10min from the ice hockey arena.

The checkin took 45min (without exaggeration), not sure if the hotel was under staffed that particular weekend but that just ruins the day when one comes with the kids extremely tired from skiing all day. The hotel can get pretty busy, so probably not suited for folks looking for a calm and relaxing atmosphere (not our case though).

I took my partner here as a surprise for her birthday and I had planned to propose to her on route to the hotel so I asked for the hotel to decorate our room for our arrival and I couldn't have been more happy with the result. The room looked absolutely beautiful with flowers and balloons EVERYWHERE my fiancé loved it. The staff was excellent very friendly and happy and was more than happy to help us with anything we needed including advising us on the best places to visit in the areas. I would 100% stay here again. we stayed in a suite with a bath in the bedroom which had everything we needed with a large balcony and plenty of space in the suite. highly recommend

nothing I didn't like

Clean and well equipped sauna area (textile free), great pool jaccuzzi and cold water pond (shared with kids). It was super convenient for a family with kids. Since when we visited the occupancy of the hotel wasn't high - this makes me wonder how these facilities perform during a high season. Anyway, for us it was great. Very welcoming and helpful staff, exceptionally good breakfast compared to switzerland. Borrowing an electric guitar is a fun perk

Dinner restaurant is expensive and the burger was not good.

There were big works in the street accessing the hotel, requiring to make quite a large detour if arriving from the main street, and when I registered to the reception desk, the staff was not even aware that there was no more pedestrian access to the hotel through the main entrance. It lasted for my whole stay, and it was not very practical. I recommend for next time that customers get informed in advance and receive the best way from the station to enter the hotel.

Proprety is well situated in the middle of Davos, everything in walking distance. Room is nice/stylish, modern with all amenities, has a confortable bed & small desk to work. Spa is excellent, has couple of saunas & steam bath, jacuzzi & a swimmingpool (who could be lightly warmer in the winter..). Breakfast is ok. Wifi signal is strong/good. The athosphere of the Hotel is cool/ Rocky ;)

Had a room in the side wing, near the parking lot. Felt like being in a obscure basement, view was on a cars wheels. Staff @the reception were not really welcoming, could‘t crack one smile.. For a such big Hotel, the Breakfast choice could be wider.

Great location, good pool and jacuzzi, good breakfast with fresh egg station and waffles, lovely balcony with swinging chair. Staff friendly and efficient. The decor is modern and so different to a regular mountain hotel. I was there with my 16 year old daughter and appreciated the young and fun vibe.

Small thing - but the bathrobes and slippers were wrapped in plastic. Not so environmentally friendly.
