Location easy to find and check-in process was easy thanks to clear instructions provided prior to stay. The large dorm was inviting and spacious (there was only 4 of us in 18-bed dorm). Bathroom was clean and beds comfortable.

There were no blinds on the windows which meant city lights and early sun lit the room which was unpleasant. A microwave was provided but nothing else. I think at least cutlery to eat the microwave meal would be good. There is space, so maybe a kettle for hot drinks. The showers are on the small side and you can’t take anything in the shower cubicle without it getting wet which is awkward. Not even the hooks for a towel inside the shower were safe from getting wet. The hostel is above a nightclub. When I saw this, I expected some noise to a reasonable time (12pm). The loud sounds of music, laughing and talking echoed through the dorm until 3am! I wasn’t impressed as I had an early start.

Loved the comfortable beds. The landlord was exceptionally helpful when I accidentally locked my key inside my room. Bike garage was excellent facility but needed more than one key for it shared between all the guests with bikes.

It was next door to a nightclub and the music (if you could call it that) didn’t stop until 3am. However it was Saturday night and obviously my taste in music may not suit others.

Well even tho people in the comments area were annoyed by the bar noise, I only had one night on Saturday if I'm not wrong. The rest of the weak not any problem. The noise wasn't that bad. Is near to the train station by walking distance, many restaurants around. Near to the gondola station too The room was really big, the bed was comfortable, room temperature was nice, toilets and showers really clean.

Should have a contactless terminal to pay the taxes in the entrance area. With cash for foreigners it could be annoying trying to get coins.

We had a room with a low ceiling section (just above our heads), and bumped into the ceiling a few times. Be careful with this. Also had to pay a city tax via bank transfer. In the past I have paid this in person. But there was no staff at the hostel, so bank transfer was the option. I am not a fan of this because as an international traveller, I had to pay an extra fee to do the transfer.

Very comfortable beds. Close to the old centre and the station.

There is a club downstairs and the music was so loud that the floor was vibrating to the rhythm. The entire building appeared to be moving somehow.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was an easy self service process, and the staff explained everything clearly ahead of time. The location was convenient, close to the train station, and has many food options around that open late. The area felt safe to walk in the night. Overall, this is a nice place for people looking for a night to stay before they catch the Glacier or Bernina express.

The shower was difficult to use. You have to press the valve every two minutes to get water out, and the water never gets warm enough for me to take a shower in the winter. Also, the mattress is not flat, I felt like laying down on a conveyer belt.

Judgding by the reviews, I was scared I would end up in a trash place but that wasn't the case. I booked a bed in the dorm, which is a big room with about 20 beds but only 5 were occupied during the night I was there. It was clean, the toilets were clean and spacious. The only downside is that foodwose, there's only a small table with 4 chairs and a microwave. Anything else, including cutlery, you'll need to get from somewhere else. It was a decent stay, had worse

Good, reasonably priced hostel in a fairly good location. Clean and well maintained shared bathroom and small central shared area outside of rooms. We had a family room with beds, which was perfect for our 1 night stay.

It was very hot in the bedroom with no air conditioning which was quite uncomfortable during the night, but I am a lady of a certain age so not sure if the others in my party felt the same!

Easy walk from train station, check in was smooth without drama, rooms clean and quite large opening onto a common area which on our third floor had a table and chairs and board games. Right next door practically to the chair lift, and a few cafes with in a short walk for cheap (Swiss cheap) meals.

There were limited towels and no soap in the shower… and the timer on the shower was ridiculously short.

It's a beautiful hostel, feels decorated with love. Very clean, very close to everything. I arrived on Sunday, and I guess it was slow because no one else was staying (so I had the dorm room to myself, which was great), but that was good.

Not sure if there are lockers or not, but not a problem because I had the dorm and floor to myself! Many of the electrical outlets were broken.
