it was amazing. Everything was great. Beautiful interior. The family suit was georges. Breakfast is very tasty. The location is perfect but mostly we like the stuff. The receptionist was very nice and helpful and the lady with short hair who waited for us until we arrived. Also we send lots of greetings to a very kind and nice lady with glasses who is in charge of the breakfast. If we ever visit again this area we will definitely come back

Great room layout for families with the kids room nested inside the suite. The bathroom and fixtures are high quality and very comfortable. The service is super friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible stay. The restaurant is high-end and family friendly, the wine card is top notch. Overall an excellent stay. Also, the self-service free water and drinks are great, though the delicious fresh tap water is still better. Excellent location close to the rail network that provides access to the whole region.

In our room there is a translucent strip on the otherwise dark curtains that let the light through and this led to early wake ups; a strange design choice.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in while visiting Switzerland. The atmosphere is so warm with fireplaces and comfortable furniture that truly makes you feel like your staying in a chalet. The staff was amazing and the spa was exceptional.

Everything was fabulous! The staff, the food, and the location. (Oh and the sauna and steam room) Would go back again!!!

Good breakfast and service. Unfortunately nothing but the bedrooms in the hotel was available, because of renovations.

We hoped to use the facilities, bar, wellness, wine cellar.

The bed sheets are too loud, and the pillows too big, didn't have a good sleep.
