- Room was very nice and modern - Activities for children were excellent, especially the disco club at 20:00 - Food was very good and varied slightly each day - Staff were very kind and helpful, in particular Faruk in the restaurant provided outstanding service - A firefighter show in the garden was an amazing surprise for the little ones - Spa area was great - Overall a top hotel for families with kids, which I would definitely recommend

Points for improvement: - Lunch time at 14:00 is too late, especially for families with small children, which forces parents to buy additional food around noon - Room cleaning was not done unless specifically requested - Additional staff would be needed at Falky Land

The flies was all over the food in the dining area and the night time shift guy he was unfriendly and nit nice at all we had to pull our luggage when we arrived from the guy he said he’s health is important I asked bout my rooms information and what was the difference between them when we was checking in he said you booked it if you want information you can go to the online made us feel uncomfortable we avoided to ask anything in the night after that .

Amazingly designed hotel for kids, which allows full fusion between kids entertainment and family/adults time; very good service and exceptionally friendly staff; very good and rich buffet for breakfast and dinner; great gym and very good (new) spa; the hotel is well located close to cable cars and offers a lot of entertainment especially for kids around 5-6 yrs

Check-in is too late with 4pm (most family hotels have check-in at 3pm). €15 room service fee is on the high side, especially when you order something small for the kids to eat (fries, etc). Afternoon snack is more like a lunch (which is how most guests use it), but at 2pm quite too late, especially for little kids. Needs some optimizing in terms of offering/times.

The hotel is very very nice, modern, clean, relaxing. It’s the second year we come back. The food buffets are very generous and an add-on is the afternoon snacks buffet it really makes any taste of great amount of food available to the guests very often during the day. The pool is nice and safe for kids. The sound proof ceilings and walls make the hall and restaurant comfortable despite this being a family hotel. Also the kids club is nearby the hall and family and kids stay close when after dinner kids play in the nearby indoor playgrounds. The staff is kind and available to help you at any moment. There is now a shuttle to the gondola which is in any case 5 minutes by foot away. We could do ski service in the hotel. The spa is good and I could make good use of the gym as well.

The kids room is very small, though nice, and it has heating attached to one of the kids’ bed. One of my kids slept in the upper bed which should be a playing area for kids, so to avoid overheating. My impression is that the food quality despite still being great is a bit less excellent than last year.

It was nice that the staff upgraded our room. We ended up having two separate showers in the room. Overall the hotel was nice in terms of cleanliness, facilities, and food choices at the buffet. A very suitable place for families with kids as there is an indoor playground, nursery, etc.

Perhaps the only critique is the check-in and check-out times. It did not allow us to enjoy our morning fully, I would have preferred to have it set at 15:00 to 12:00 (at least have till noon in the morning).

The hotel is amazing, great structure for families. The food is great, breakfast amazing, dinner and lunch with great variety. You fell really comfortable there, like at home. My daughter and nice loved the place! The swimming pools and all the play area for them. Massage at the spa was great too! I recommend the Hotel 100%, and I hope to come back soon!

Everything was perfect as usual as it’s our 3rd time to be at the Falkensteiner Montafon.

The cleaner should do vacuum every day there is dust in the rooms. I noticed that they was taking the bins, fixing the beds and refill the coffee bar without doing vacuum.

Staff were very nice and cooperative. Good place for kids.

The small room attached to the suite room was without air conditioning but it was manageable. Lunch always less variety due to less guests. I had no other option except to order from the kitchen fries and pizza which is chargeable. No 24 hours room service!!

We had a wonderful stay in this Hotel! Everything was spotlessly clean and very well organized. The price-quality ratio is absolutely perfect. The location is excellent. Overall, it was an ideal place to stay. We would love to come back again and again! Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable!

The location is beautiful. It’s a real paradise for kids. Adults spa was also very nice. Great selection of food at breakfast and dinners.

The water in the swimming pool was too cold. I couldn’t stay too long as I felt very cold. The lighting in the room when we had dinner was strange, it was very dark. I actually felt uncomfortable.
