Good breakfast - Cooked eggs were always offered with preferences. Breakfast Coffee choices made to order. The general cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helped with some printing I needed for train bookings. I ordered Pizza in the restaurant for 2 evenings which were promptly cooked and were very good. The hotel has had a recent major high quality refurbishment throughout - The bathroom was superb and also the general common areas were modern and clean. Areas around the lift and stairs have a traditional Austrian high quality look and feel.

Breakfast toasted bread wasn't offered. I thought some of the fruits such as figs and prunes were too hard, I did find softer ones underneath. The hotel had no relaxing areas outside of your room. The reception area had the evening restaurant at one side and the breakfast area immediately to the other - although sitting in those wasn't a problem, I felt a few nice relaxing chairs dedicated for impromptu reading and relaxing would have been provided. I had a single room on floor 3 - Roof eaves cut into the room space a fair amount. I was always aware to not to hit my head!

The room was small as I got the single room but the room has everything I needed. There’s a small desk that I could even do some work at. I was on level 3. I could check in after hours even though there was no staff there and also they provided late check out for me also.

WiFi on the ground level was not working and couldn’t seem to be fixed. It was fine on level 3 though

Lovely hotel, great location, only 100m from Schruns Bahnhof. Had a great restaurant that did fantastic pizzas!!! Highly recommended!

The owner was very friendly! There was a little hiccup with our booking which could be resolved easily. Also, the pizzeria downstairs was rather loud, but the owner took care of it.
