Food was good, every day something new. Breakfast was diverse as well. Even though every morning it was the same with some differences in cheese and meat, there were a lot of varieties to choose from: eggs, sausages, muesli, waffles, and many more. The location was great, just 2 km from the Golm ski resort.

The only thing that was not great to us was sound isolation. Our neighbors changed a couple of times during our stay, and they all were very young and talkative (which I understand, of course, and happen for them), but I would prefer not to hear them when I want to sleep.

The staff was super friendly and caring, the hotel was a great place for kids and young families

The best stay for a family. Our kids loved here, were never bored. Spacious indoor and outdoor playground. There are also board games at reception to borrow and spend time. There was no need to find restaurants for dinner, as the food in the hotel always exceeded our expectations. Location was also good. There is a funicular with fun activities very close by . There's also a nice small lake not far, for fishing or those who want to relax in the nature.

Breakfast was very good, even have tables assigned with name cards.

There are no sleepers for the room, not even drinking water for the room, no refrigerator in room, no bicycles etc...

The place I slept in was clean

I didn't like the school canteen dinner which was charged at €20 per person. Trays were empty and others ransacked with tongs dumped in the food and the choice was poor too. The buffet food was less than satisfactory. The room was a bit cramped as too much space was alloted to an entrance hall at the expense of bedroom size and the beds couldn't be narrower if they tried. Staff were friendly but most struggled with English (still way better than my German). When checking out in the morning, we were on a tight schedule and having gone to the reception 3 times over a period if 20 minutes to find absolutely no one around I was getting to the point where I was going to leave without paying my food and beverages bill as it was eating into our day. I didn't leave, I went all thw way tot he kitchen to find someone who asked me to wait at reception and after a further 5 minutes the manager came, stacked some boves then dealt with my bill. I obviously want his main priority so 1 out if 10 for customer service sadly. I won't be going back despite the hotels appearance being that of modernity and quality on all it's photos.
