⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I honestly don’t understand how this hotel has only 3 stars, it deserves at least one more! We absolutely loved our stay. Everything was sparkling clean, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the restaurant was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the spa area was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had: high-quality products, lots of variety, and beautifully presented. Overall, a truly wonderful experience!

This is one of the very few hotels where I can honestly find no faults, none at all! Everything was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended!

This is the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel. Both time the hotel upgraded my room to a family room. It's a super large room on the top floor with amazing view of the mountains, 2 large bedrooms and a giant bathroom with 2 showers plus 2 sinks. It's super spacious and extremely comfortable. The location is in the central of Malbun, right next to the chair lift station to Sareisjoch. Guests also receive guest card that offers free public transportation during the stay, plus many other benefits to the museums etc.

Very welcoming family run hotel. All the staff were wonderful. We stayed in the apartment which was spotlessly clean and right next to the hotel. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. There was a variety on offer including meats and cheeses, cereals, pancakes, fruit and other goods. The restaurant serves good, local and hearty food. The hot tub was an added bonus after a day in the mountains as were the swimming pool, steam room and sauna. The hotel is right next to the chair lift.

Nothing we didn’t like. Two slight improvements would be the air con right outside the apartment can be noisy if you are a light sleeper and the shower cubicle would be better if the screen went to the ceiling (the bathroom got wet when showering). However, we would definitely stay again. It’s a lovely place.

Free childcare for my almost four year old. Allowed me to do one of the most beautiful hikes I’ve done anywhere (Princess Gina Weg loop) safe in the knowledge he was in good hands back at the hotel. The views are also stunning. Generally the hotel is very well set up for families with indoor and outdoor child play areas and some petting bunnies.

More varied and some cheaper dinner options would have been good. Minor negative compared to the many positives.

This is a lovely hotel in rural Liechtenstein, at the base of a ski hill. The staff is friendly, rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, and there are spa facilities for those who are interested. Don't pass up the restaurant -- the dinner menu is fantastic, and breakfast (included) has lots of variety and excellent food, as well. Such a relaxing spot -- we wish we could have stayed longer!

There is nothing I didn't like, but people who book should know that this hotel is located about 25-30 minutes outside of Vaduz, up a narrow and windy mountain road. A beautiful drive! But if you're driving yourself (there is also a bus that goes up there, as an alternative), take care, especially if there are challenging weather conditions.

- Room is basic for the prices paid - definitely needs more practical amenities such as a kettle and coffee machine, bottle opener, more towels, more pillows, etc.

Stunning location. Large room. Comfortable beds. Staff is outstanding, facilities are great. Swimming pool is lovely, with loads of toys for kids. Playground outside and playroom inside. Cable car next door. Free EV charging. It's a pity we only stayed for one night, I wish I booked more nights. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Really good value for money.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant, although expensive, was good. We enjoyed the pool. The kid's area looked nice, although we didn't make use of it, it's a great plus for longer stays.

There was a lack of parking, even after I was promised a spot in front in advance. We had to park in the middle of the road and keep moving our vehicle, which wasn't ideal. The rooms need an update, especially the carpets. The restaurant shouldn't charge money for tap water, especially when we're paying for other drinks and expensive meals.

Clean hotel, room, and bathroom! Perfect location. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was okay, dinner at the restaurant was good every night we ordered. Pool and spa were clean and pleasant. If I'll be in Malbun again, I'll book this hotel!

Breakfast was perfectly fine for a 3-star hotel, but make sure to go early! even by 9 a.m, most of the good stuff is gone.

We were warmly welcomed as soon as we arrived. The staff were very friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. The room was larger than expected, with a balcony, and an amazing view! Dinner was delicious, and a very good sized portion. Good variety of food available at breakfast. Pool and spa area was excellent. Overall, this is the place to stay in Malbun!
