Beautiful boutique hotel in the center of the city and yet very peaceful. Convenient parking garage. Beautiful decor, exceptionally cozy and warmly inviting room and restaurant spaces.

This review would be a ‘10’ except for the truly horrible coffee. I cannot stand those machines. They make the worst coffee in the world and hotels install them for one reason- save money. It’s a pity to have such terrible coffee in a hotel which obviously takes great pride in furnishings, decoration, a huge wine selection. Come on guys. Make quality filter coffee and place a carafe on the table for your guests. You’ll get more return guests.

Very comfortable room This room came with a small balcony overlooking a quiet pedestrian street, very nice. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

The parking situation was difficult. This hotel is not easily accessible because of the pedestrian street. You have to park in a different building and you cannot unload your luggage. Painful!

Staff, location, outstanding breakfast

I would have preferred: more English speaking tv; Nespresso/ kettle in room; advertised international papers but none were present; possibly short 45-75 minutes- happy hour with reduced cost drinks to meet other guests

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The room was so clean and the bed super comfortable. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere in the City. The breakfast was nice too. Parking was super easy and a short walk to the hotel. We didn't want to leave.

The hotel is beautiful and well maintained! It is in a great location and was close to a parking garage since it is a pedestrian only area. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. Our 2 families were placed close to each other in a private hallway which was awesome and so nice of the staff to accommodate us with a baby. The rooms were cozy and beautifully updated. The restaurant had wonderful food and great service!

We arrived to breakfast the last hour it was open and there wasn't very much food left. They didn't replenish anything even though there was an hour left to serve guests.

The room safe was a bit of a struggle to use. The keypad was very small and easy to make mistakes

Great location in the town. The staff were very helpful and always very pleasant. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. The restaurant is definitely worth booking at lunch or evening. They serve lovely meals.

Very welcoming and helpful reception staff. Great view from the room. Centrally located in Feldkirch, which is a charming small city.

No complaints. The hotel and restaurant seemed to cater more toward a business clientele than tourists, but it was all good.

The location was ideal. We had a beautiful view over the mountains. The personnel was very helpful and friendly. Also, we were very satisfied about the quality and selection of breakfast.

room, hotel and staff were great

unfortunately, the hotel location is a blessing and a curse. each night, we were woken up by drunks roaming streets below and engaging in very loud, drunken shouting. as much as we love the hotel, this was our second try and both times, each night, the awful loud drunks on the street impeded sleep so we prob will find a different hotel next time. not sure why the city doesnt fo more about the ‘problem’.
