There are so many things to love about this hotel! It has a very cozy, chalet-like design that makes you feel right at home. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and welcoming. One of the highlights is the adjacent restaurant where breakfast is served—it’s also open for à la carte lunch and dinner. The food is delicious, and the value for money is excellent. Highly recommended

The shower is almost open to the room, which makes it a bit challenging to have any privacy, especially when traveling with kids. Also, the check-in is quite late (4 PM) and check-out is early (10 AM), which can be a bit inconvenient.

It’s super modern and clean. The decor is stylish, the bed was large and comfy, the shower was super nice, they provide towels, shampoo, and hand soap. There’s also a TV in the room, a safe, plenty of storage, a heater, and a window that opens. I’m unsure of her name but the woman who checked me in (short hair, glasses) was super friendly and helpful. It’s a 7 min walk from the train station, a 5 min walk from the Milka store, a 7 min walk from old town, and I think 20 minutes to the cable car up the mountain. Perfect location!

There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like. Maybe they could also provide conditioner but that’s about it.

Loved this place. We stayed one night and it was a good price due to some special deal, and I absolutely loved the stay. Very clean huge room. View to the mountains. The railways as well but it's calm, no noise and even feels like a nice part of the landscape. Everything new and well equipped. Nice mix of the Alps view and modern design. Breakfast was wonderful, Austrian-style buffet with a lot of choice. Very good coffee and overall meal quality. We also had a dinner at the restaurant and it was very decent and reasonably priced. Free parking, easily accessible on car.

Probably the only thing I would challenge is the shower space separated from the room by some transparent decorative wall so that when you're in the shower, you can see people in the room and vise-versa. It might be nice for a romantic couple but less sure about a family with kids. Especially that the room was equipped with a double bed and a sofa.

Good, free parking. Comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast. Excellent evening meal in the adjoining bar. Very much served our needs at a good price. We thought the styling was very smart and attractive. There was no door to the bathroom which is a little odd. Also no coffee making facilities which was a shame. Breakfast finished sharp at 10am which we thought was early for a Sunday. Checkout was the same time and the key card just stopped working (I think we did have 30mins grace but that wasn't much when we were in breakfast until 10.15). The balcony view is of the train station - this was fascinating and we loved it watching all the trains coming and going but it wasn't clear before booking.

Good location, great view of the mountains from the balcony and train yard (maybe a minus for some, but a plus for me). Great sound insulation from outside, did not hear trains at all, good sound insulation from other rooms as well. Smooth check in, did try breakfast only one morning, maybe a bit pricey but overall they were ok.

Room was a bit basic in the sense that there was no tea/coffee making facilities, no mini fridge so that is a bit of a minus. Also, one thing about outside noise. My room was at the top floor and from time to time there was this low frequency but continuous supper annoying noise. Mostly during the day, but also in to the night, made sleeping difficult, so used earplugs for that. Could be the AC on the rood, but not sure. That was the only big issue.

Easy entry, thanks to the owner sending you easy follow instructions, keyless just use your phone. It’s brilliant and it works. The room is very spacious and clean. The bathroom was large with a good shower. Great view from the balcony. The restaurant on site was good and not overpriced

Loud footsteps from the room above that seemed to start around 6am and went on for some time. Perhaps we were unlucky and its not really the owners fault

New, comfortable rooms and the breakfast had a variety of delicious options.

We stayed in early April and they were not running the air conditioner even though it was unseasonably warm. We opened our patio door to let air in from the outside but the person below us smoked a lot on their balcony causing their smoke to go into our room.

Beautiful scenic location. Free parking which is amazing. Digital smooth check-in even if we came late at night. Bar/restaurant and bowling center by the hotel. Good value for money. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed and beautiful view from the room. Good isolation of sound.

No fridge or kettle in the room.

Extremely clean rooms, friendly staff, great restaurant near by. Hotel is new and greately equipped.

You can see the person taking a shower. There is no hiding curtain or any other separate wall. You can see through the wooden logs. We had a family rpoom, and it was quite disturbing. Every time other family members had to leave the room, for the one to take a shower.

We had not really studied the location; we were only trying to find something near ski areas (most everything was booked at the ski areas). We were pleasantly surprised for a number of reasons--five to seven minuts walk to the train station, in a relatively calm area, near a local brewery and famous chocolate factory, but the real kicker was that the hotel was part of a larger facility that includes a restaurant, nice bar, and a bowling alley and game room! The room was clean and comfy, with a nice view of the train tracks and mountains (not noisy at all).

The bathroom was a bit interesting--there were slats instead of a solid wall to separate the shower room. My friend preferred privacy so I had to leave the room for her to shower. For most people this may be okay, but just wasn't for us.
