The food was amazing. Lots of vegetarian options and variety. Excellent buffet and a La carte breakfast. Amazing buffet snack in the afternoon. Special shout out to Tobias who looked after us at dinner. My room was super comfortable and spacious with a fantastic view. Staff were friendly and facilities great for families but didn’t feel “kiddie”. Communal spaces well designed and spacious. Great location for ski lift. Ski in- ski out when there’s snow!

The spa treatment was not up to the quality I would expect from a hotel like this.

Wow, wow and again wow! One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! Pure paradise! They are looking for every detail from A to Z. The view is incredible and the pool and spa are amazing!

The only improvement I would suggest is to serve the dishes during dinner faster. It took us 1.5 hours every night to eat dinner. Not too bad, but can be a bit more efficient

Amazing location opposite the gondola- couldn’t be better. Very clean and fresh rooms, amazing food and excellent service
