Very nice and welcoming staff. They don't speak English very well so some basic knowledge of German is recommended, however they make up for it with very open attitude and hospitality. My room was spacious, with super comfortable beds and comfortable bathroom. It had all the amenities I could wish for. The location of the hotel is absolutely superb - close to the centre of Grossarl (very nice) and literally on the slope. You can reach ski lift literally directly from hotel's door. With this ski lift you can ski the whole Grossarl-Dorfgastein ski area which provides plenty of excellent slopes. Finally, I recommend hotel's restaurant. It serves excellent buffet breakfasts and very good dinners. It's absolutely worth the money it costs. It is also very convenient to have this restaurant in the same building as accommodation. I am very happy with my stay at this hotel and I hope I'll return to it in the coming years. I wish the whole Grossarl / Gastein valley community better winter conditions than in winter of 2023/24 because it's clear that there were many investments in the whole skiing area and it's very well prepared for skiers.

There's really no possibility to adjust heating in the apartment. I needed to dry clothes after a rainy day on the slope and couldn't force warmer temperature of the heaters. Finally, it turned out to be sufficient to dry the clothes out till morning next day but it would be nice to have possibility to regulate the heaters a bit. This is of course a very minor concern. Overall I'm very happy with this hotel's services.

Good hotel, but the main point here - it is EXCEPTIONAL sauna. I put below some pictures of it. Finnish sauna, wet sauna, turkish hammam, spacious rest area with water beds, tea corner, everything brand new! Of course, you got bathrobe, towels etc. Good breakfast and dinner (we took half board). Clean and spacious room with balcony. Friendly staff. Parking.

Nothing to do near hotel - only as central point for travelling in this area.

The lady owner was very kind and responsive to all our requests. The room was as expected, spacious, with a view of the mountain. We had the option with half board which was very good for us, rich breakfast and dinner with salad buffet, soup, main course and dessert. We would love to come back here.

Crowded parking lot, but there are alternatives.

We were absolutely satisfied, enjoyed the stay. The room was comfortable, spacious and the food was excellent. The staff was really nice, polite and friendly. The wellness area was pleastn and clean. We appreciated the possibility of making tea :-) We would definitelly recomend this place and are planning to come back. :-)

Very friendly and supportive staff. The hotel rooms look newly renewed, the beds are comfortable and the sceneries in the mountain valley are breathtaking. The staff is friendly and very supportive, they go above and beyond when it comes to helping their guests. There was a mix-up with the room I had booked and the room I was checked into. But the staff quickly found a solution to offer us the best solution. Even at the breakfast, the staff makes sure that all the guest have what they need. This feels like a 5-star hotel, would defiantly book a stay at this hotel again.

The room was very spacious and we enjoyed having a balcony and wonderful views all around. The breakfast was fantastic.

Even with the shades pulled tight during the day, it was uncomfortably warm at night because our room was on the west side of the building (we stayed early July). This is just part of what you expect without central AC, but if you're traveling in the summer and they aren't fully booked you may ask if they're able to place a room that isn't on the west side.

Amazing stay. Excellent food (breakfast + dinner), very clean, renovated room that was waaay bigger and nicer than I was expecting for a single, and very nice wellness facility. Top location for pretty much everything in the area (hiking, skiing, shopping, bus while also quiet). The staff was also extremely welcoming and helpful. Can't go wrong here.

Great place to be for winter holiday! Ski lift just behind the hotel! Fantastic services for the whole family, incl. children. Delicious cuisine! Really nice, smiling and friendly hotel staff! We will be definitely back!
