On my way back to Vienna after my trip, I stayed here for one night, about an hour from the airport. It's a restaurant, and the staff were friendly and pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. The facilities seemed a little dated, but we had no problems using them. We had dinner the night before, and the whole family was delighted. It was a truly delicious meal and pleasant conversation, a truly enjoyable time. Of course, breakfast the next morning was also excellent. While I didn't get to explore the nearby tourist attractions, the accommodations were very nice. I'd love to stay here again if I get the chance.

From the moment I arrived, Nina, the hostess (whose family owns the hotel) was so welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and although English is not her first language she made such an effort and spoke so well to me. I felt welcomed and like I had a home away from home. I caught a cold while in Neunkirchen and felt pretty miserable and was missing my husband! Nina's beautiful Pumpkin soup was the most nourishiing delicious perfect tonic I needed during that time! On one occassion I had asked Thomas (Nina's husband) to book me a taxi - in his busyness he forgot so when I went to wait for the taxi it didn't arrive - he felt so bad he told me to jump in his car and he took me to my destination himself!! Brilliant service, wonderful spacious, clean and well appointed room, great breakfasts and lovely hosts all made for a 'home' I want to go back to!

It's the first hotel I have ever been to that didn't have a kettle/tea/coffee facilities in the room - although there is a fridge with drinks, snacks etc.... However when I asked Nina, she immediately brought me a kettle, cups, teaspoons and teabags. So this is something I would encourage them to provide. BUT the biggest point is that anywhere you stay is going to have a little imperfection - it's the way that the establishment then responds to the feedback/request that matters - and honestly, Nina responded to every request quickly, with ease and with a huge smile - which made the whole experience an absolute pleasure!

Great location, beautiful little town, friendly staff. Reasonably close to the F1 track without spending a fortune. We were in Austria for the F1 race weekend and ended up staying an extra day to wander around the town. We never made it to the restaurant for a regular meal, so no review of that, but the breakfast was good.

Our first room had plumbing issues, but they immediately switched us to a room with working drains, so no problems.

Very, very friendly staff, helpful and smiling. We had excellent, spacy family room No.25, overlooking the imposing church. Breakfast is reach and tasty, dinners were excellent and always served with big smile, Congrats !!!

We are the skiers, so the only very small comment is lack of specific place for drying the ski-boots and skies overnight, but I understand that Neunkirchen is not exactly the first location for skiers - it was 30 minutes drive to Semmering or Spital am Semmering. Otherwise - absolutely nothing to complain !

The hotel is a family run one and you can feel it from the beginning with the owner walking around and conversing with guests during breakfast or dinner. It has a restaurant with some really good food, so I definitely recommend going there during your stay, even if you do not choose this place as accommodation. The room itself was spacious and in our case came with a terrace, which was most welcome.

The place feels a little bit older and as we were there during a heatwave it got quite hot in the room.

We really enjoyed our stay and the service was extremely good! The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay as good as possible. I highly recommend this hotel

Excellent customer service from the management and staff. We have stayed there three times over several years and the food and customer service has been consistently excellent. To top it all the value for money is superb. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

Perfect location, easy parking. Helpful, friendly staff. Clean and nicely decorated place. Dinner was extremely delicious! Good sortiment for breakfast too. Great vibes! Feels like home ❤ Highly recommended!

Very "austrian" local attitude of the hotel owner and crew - no problem, active help, direct but professional approach. Good traditional food and beer. Surprisingly nice and tasty offer of vegetarian meals. Room was nice and spacious. Excellent hotel parking. And they accepted dogs and actually liked our munsterlander Vika! Nice market place and vicinity just a crow fly away. Overall a convenient stop if you go south of Vienna or to Slovenia/Croatia.

No time for breakfast unfortunately - had to leave early as I had a 12 hour ride in front of me. Staff and food the evening before were absolutely fantastic!

Can't think of anything.. except maybe humidifiers in the hallway - probably something they will address soon (haven't noticed any smell or discomfort - just their presence).
