Waffles and pancakes are a big hit with children, as well as a variety of desserts and cakes. Hotel staff are helpful if you need to store ice packs in the freezer. This is a great convenience if you're traveling the next day. I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Wiener Neustadt, both as a rest stop on your journey and as a final destination.

The Hilton Garden Inn Wiener Neustadt proved to be an excellent one-night stopover on my journey south. Its strategic location near the old town provided easy access to numerous dining options and sightseeing opportunities. The hotel restaurant impressed with its enormous schnitzels that definitely satisfied my appetite for authentic Austrian cuisine. Throughout my brief stay, I appreciated the consistently friendly staff and the impeccably clean accommodations that made even a short visit feel comfortable and welcoming.

Really like this hotel, I’ve been before and I’ve no doubt I’ll visit again. The staff are wonderful - every person I spoke to was helpful and kind. I always felt like nothing was too much trouble, and staff were happy to help. The building is new, and feels fresh and modern. The location is great too - just near to town, and the station of you need it. We loved the breakfast also, and found a great amount of choice. I was particularly pleased to see good labelling and dietary options catered for.

Very little - however if I was to try and find fault, though I liked that the hotel provided water in the room, I’d like it if they found a way to avoid plastic bottles. We went through several in a short stay, and with many rooms it soon adds up. It doesn’t feel sustainable, when a water fountain would do, or reusable glass bottles.

It's a good quality hotel, close to the highway. The rooms are good standard and clean. The breakfast is really great, good choice of everything:) The location is walking distance to the old town where you can find the restaurants for a dinner.

If you buy breakfast separately it is really expensive, 28 euro/per person.

Very good hotel, located nearby in the city center. peaceful and quiet area next to the park. Spacious room, well-equipped, with a coffee machine, refrigerator etc. Very helpful staff, good breakfasts. Nice bar in the lobby. The hotel's free car parking lot is not very large, but there is a very large, inexpensive municipal car parking lot in frot of the hotel
