The hotel is conveniently located near Vienna making it a perfect stopover during a travel. The hotel seems quite new and makes better impression than on Booking. The staff was nice and the breakfast was tasty, with wide variety of food to choose from. The hotel's parking is very big.

It's possible to turn on or off all lights in the room, it would be good to have a dimmed light too. The hotel can also consider switching from small plastic bottles with cosmetics to a more environmental friendly solution.

Rooms are styled were tastefullly, the breakfast was a self server buffet and there were so many choises. The staff was very accomodating and friendly.

We wanted to get something from the car but one person had to stay at the entrance to the hotel so that they could open the doors for the one who went outside. I wish they would have told us how to enter/exit the hotel past opening hours.

It was a quiet hotel in a somewhat remote location (industrial area not close to town center), but nonethelesee it felt safe. Everything was clean and the included breakfast was of good quality.

The rooms did not have air-conditioning, but each room had a fan. The fan in one of our two rooms did not work. We alerted the staff about this and they offered us a different room. We checked two more rooms and the fans did not work properly in any of them. Thankfully, the weather got cooler the next day and we no longer needed a fan.

Very clean , they have put mobile aircon so that it is not hot in the suite . Nice spacious suite , good price and value for money . 30 minutes drive by highway to Wien . Near you have petrol stations , shops .

Shower is really small . Hard to enter into it . Even for people 170-180 cm tall . I think opening of the shower should be changed .

Room was okay and clean! Breakfast was okay, only scrambled eggs or fried eggs not available :-(

Cleanliness in the room. Large modern rooms.

There is no air conditioning in the room. It was very stuffy. Not all rooms have hot water. When we saw that there was no hot water in the room, the administrator moved us to another room where there was hot water.

Very friendl staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable. Very big plus is also a large parking space that is free.

There is no AC but they do have nice fans that work very efficient. At breakfast i missed scrambled eggs (my favourite for breakfast), they do have boiled and sunny side up. The room also lacks in electricity outlets (especialy by the nightstands where the are none).

Very good place for night when you drive across the Europe. Clean rooms, nice breakfast, free parking, not very far from highway. What is more, the city of Wiener Neustadt is also worth to see. I recommend going for a while to city center to see the market Square

The only problem is the electric power sockets. I can't understand why in the room is only one el. power socket, but 5 meters far on oposite side of the bed.

Close to the highway, it is convenient to spend the night on the way

The breakfast is not good, jast boiled eggs and sausages, a few more pancakes, which were not enough for everyone 😄 the description of the room says that there is a refrigerator, but there was no one in the room 😂 the room is called lux, but it really isn't... 🤣
