Location of the hotel is great, you can park in front for check-in/check-out and the garage is very short walking distance away, so no problem with coming in with the car. We booked the apartment on the last floor, and while apartment was in good condition, the kitchen had some wear and it could really get some upgrade in dishes/silverware/pan.. it felt it just got the remains from the hotel kitchen and that's it. One other thing to note, which we didn't like is that bathroom door was glass sliding door, and that's not suitable when you are in the apartment with the kids.

The dishes and kitchenware could have been in better condition. Glass door of bathroom is not the best option for family apartment.

The hotel is located on the main square of the town, in a historical building. They have good storage for bicycles. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was well-served and sufficiently varied. The staff were courteous and informative - among other things I was given a great tip for a dinner restaurant.

I hesitate to say that I didn't like it. There is a small issue, that of soundproofing. Using the opportunity, I would like to give my appreciation to the couple in room 360, who provided the adult-only soundtrack for my stay, first in the evening, from about 8pm till at least 10pm, with short breaks, and then in the morning starting shortly before 7am. And if that is the couple I've seen at breakfast - at their age too! I'm in awe. But really, soundproofing is lacking.

The very Zentral Wiener Neustadt . The parking procedure is very friendly and no problem at all. At least at the and of April. The breakfast was not five star but good enough unless one wants other hot ones other than scrambled eggs. I did’t try though. There were traces of vegetables so a big plus 😁 all in all everything is very guests oriented . Thank you.

Let me think … skipping the question for now. The band in the bar at the square was not the best one maybe but fortunately it didn’t take them long to finish.

Front desk staff was amazing - super friendly and helpful. Hotel has a washer & dryer for guests to use for very small amount which was super convenient. They also stored my luggage when I needed it. Hotel is located right in the middle of all the restaurants and central events in Wiener Neustadt, and a couple of great parks are just 3 blocks away for exercise or relaxation. Only 10 min walk from the train station, so super easy to get back and forth from Vienna or other locations. Accommodations are not luxury, but they are nice and clean and perfect for what I need. I will definitely stay here again.

The Hotel is located in the center of the city but unfortunately we arrived on Sunday evening and all terraces in the main square were closed. We manage to find near the Cathedral an excellent Biergarten for diner. The hotel has parking in a location nearby and is not expensive. The room was very comfortable, quiet, it has A/C which was very useful because it was a very hot evening. The staff provide us a place to store our bikes. The breakfast is very good and various. The hotel is in an old building but is complete renovated.

Location is right on the main square, lots of cafe's are bars around. Short walk from the train station. Just generally lovely location and perfect for the event I was attending which was also walkable,

The only thing I didn't like was that the tea and coffee in the room was chargeable, which I've never experienced anywhere before. Thought that was a little cheeky!

Right on the main market square of the city with plenty of restaurants around. Even so, it was very very quiet and comfortable and a good value

The parking garage where the hotel has its parking might be considered far for some (350meters away), but it was anyway a safe place to park and we didn't mind the walk. And it was free on the weekend.

It has a great location, you can park in front of the hotel until 8 o clock in the morning. There s a very safe garage parking, 500 m away, with parking spots reserved for the hotel guests. Very nice staff. A lot ofvrestaurants and shops around.

We couldn’t t leave the window open at night because of the noise. It wasn’t t very clean in the bathroom s corner.

A nice historical style hotel with nice rooms and good breakfast. We stayed for one night as it is not far from the highway.

Be mindful that parking spaces near the hotel are limited as it is situated at the central town square. It means you may need to park in a public garage 5 min by foot away from the hotel after unpacking your luggage.

We really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, the staff members were nice and helpful. We especially appreciated the small kitchen where we could prepare some snacks for the day as we travelled to Austria in order to conquer some of the via ferattas near by.
