The accommodation is quite modern space enough, I like the rooms arrangement. The staff in restaurant was nice, pleasant able to manage even peek time. The food was simpler, but tasty and good quality. The wellness is pleasant, mainly after skiing

The beds need to be modernized. The mattresses are extremely soft and uncomfortable. We preferred to sleep on the sofa bed. The wellness area does not have enough capacity for all the rooms of the two hotels. Moreover, not all the sauna rooms were in operation.

Very quiet, beautiful mountain views from the hotel room. The room was nice and big , 2 big tv screens. Large bathroom with separate toilet. Beds were comfortable and the cleaning was done daily. We loved our dinner each night! The food was very good and beside the buffet( soup, salad bar) , everything was done at the high standards. Fresh bread was a bonus for the morning breakfast. Quellaplin was a good option for the days we didnt went skiing ( you get discount cards from the hotel for it - was €6 for adult for a whole day ) .The restaurant staff very kind and smiling all the time. Thank you to Elisabeth for her kindness and willing to help all the time.

A better breakfast option for kids - maybe some pancakes. The pillows were to thin, we had to ask for extra. The reception looked a bit sad and unwelcomed. Menu only in German. Difficult to understand what was on the menu. Maybe an english version will be useful for many people.

The hotel offers breakfast and dinner packs and there are apartments for families. The Smart building is freshly refurbished and is very clean and cosy. The rooms are large enough for 3-4 persons. Ski bus stop is very close to hotel. The small town is 10 minute nice walk.

The room would benefit from a small cooler / refrigerator.

the room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. we booked for 2 adults and 2 children but when we arrived there, the sofa bed wasn’t ready. they did the bed very quickly so everyone could sleep comfortable. the kids play area in-house was also very nice.

the food was okay for the price we paid. but the italian buffet one evening was really low quality. also I had to pay extra for my latte macchiato in the morning (from real coffee machine) because the coffee you get for breakfast is really bad.

The location was very good, and the all inclusive concept was very good .

It was not every evening that the Kids eated the dinner. They need more kids friendly food, more international food maybe as an extra option for the kids.

Everything is very basic but works well at the same time. Great value for money.

Some might find it annoying that you have to walk outside from Tia Smart to Tia Monte, but it's only 30 sec. walk, no problem for us.

The room was nice, cosy and clean. The food was great, we had the best kaiserschmarrn ever. :-) , the service at restaurant very good. Kids loved Anita from the Kids Club, she was great also at the reception, with useful information in english.The access at Quellealpin was a plus and a good option in the days we didn't ski. The location was good, close to Kaunertal glacier, Fendels-great for kids ski school, even Serfaus Fiss Ladis.

Just some sugestions: to have the Kids Club open daily and for breakfast to have omelette/fried eggs/ pancakes.
