Friendly and very welcoming staff. Very nice food, especially dinner with variety of meals to choose. SPA and swimming pool clean and cosy. 6 AC charging stations for EV in front of the hotel. Ski bus stops in front of the hotel. Great room cleaning service, our kids loved the decoration of our beds (every day different) :)

Teenagers in SPA area despite clear signs that this area is 16+ (but this is problem of their parents, not the hotel). Would be nice to have some indoor playground area for kids.

The host-hotel communication before arrival and during the stay was perfect. The afternoon buffet was pleasant. Wellness great. Staff and food great.

The only thing that really bothered us about the hotel were the dogs! There were really a lot of them, big and small. During the afternoon buffet, the dogs lay on the chairs where the guests sat. This seems very unsanitary to us. My daughter is allergic to dogs, so she got a rash right off the couch. There were dogs barking in the hallway on the floor where we lived, a very dirty dog ​​with a bad smell was walking on the beautiful carpet in the elevator. That was very annoying. Such a pity. Pets should have their own places and people who pay a lot of money for accommodation should be clean and comfortable. After such a big (1 meter) dog, we can't imagine living in a room. For this reason we would not visit the hotel again.

The mattress are too deep, It feels slightly uncomfortable and unusual from what I experienced of the dozens of the hotels

There was nothing that i didn’t like but just some suggestions for an even better stay for the guests: the temperature in the swimming pool was slightly cold for swimming outside, would be great to have it at around 36 degrees, not 32. Pancakes were never served for breakfast and it would be great to have some for kids. It would be ideal if dinner time could be extended because after ski and spa, it is a rush to get by 20h latest down for dinner.

1- The location of the hotel was fantastic. 2- The foods were amazing with high quality products. 3- The staff were friendly and helpful.

1- The water temperature of the outdoor pool could be warmer ( 3 to 4 •C), and it was not decent for me and my partner, so we could not use it as we like. That is to say that the outdoor pool was the best part of the hotel in my opinion and it was a pitty that I could not use as I like it because of the water temperature. 2- The internet connection (wifi) quality was not good and I could not transfer some files during my stay in the hotel. In my opinion the internet connection could be better than this for this hotel.

The spa area was magnificent! The infinity pool was amazing 🤩 the foodd was greatat!

The friendliness and ambience of the hotel. It was refreshing to see such an intergenerational accessible hotel in such a lovely surrounding. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, helpful and considerate...there was a family ethos of inclusivity that embraced the culture of the experience. Excellent and I shall be recommending this hotel as well as returning.

Exceptional place with all needed facilities. The food (both breakfast & dinner) was outstanding and maybe the best ever eaten in a hotel. In a nutshell: One of the best hotels stayed in Europe.

In a place like this, they should not allow dogs sit on any chairs or walk through breakfast buffet alone.

Booked last minute for one night but wow this place is really fantastic and we could have stayed a few nights. The staff are amazing, facilities are fantastic and the food for dinner and breakfast amazing. We came by motorcycle and the road to get there is also amazing. They have one of the best garages I have ever seen for a hotel.
