Location was isolated, yet walking distance to town. Very quiet with great views. The breakfasts had good variety and were quite delicious. The dinners were great, as well. We loved the castle behind us and the design of the hotel, which made it seem like a modern extension of the castle.

The room could have been a bit larger and the pillows firmer and non-allergenic.

The hotel manager was very friendly and very efficient in getting us both checked in and checked out. He also provided us with some very useful travel advice. The hotel room was modern and very nice with a lot of wood.

The fact that the breakfast was in the restaurant next door may have been an issue had we had winter and cold temperatures. Now in the summer it was not an issue.

This place is a little gem in a beautiful location. Lovely clean rooms. Our host was fantastic and very friendly. We had some of the best food in the restaurant and breakfast was excellent 😋. Wish we could move in.

The rooms are very nice, quiet and clean. I really think they are outstanding. The service is also very friendly. The restaurant associated with the hotel is fine but not amazing. It has a bit of a 1990s flair and there are not enough healthy and vegetarian food options.

The location was wonderful. Next to the castle and near by several small nice towns. Additionally, the owner of the property and the staff are really friendly.

Amazing location in the beautiful area of Ladis-Fiss-SerfUs! perfect for families with young (and older) kids. our suite was very spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. Our host, Tom, was very helpful and kind.

owner was awesome, super friendly and great sense of humour, spoke English as well, very easy going, hotel atmosphere was awesome, very Tirol alpine like feel, clean, right next to castle, great mountain views, lots of parking space

We loved everything from the design of the hotel, Ladis itself, SFL ski resort infrastructure and great people that work there. The breakfasts were excellent. Wish we could come back soon. Thank you for having us!!!
