Loved the room, location and the staff. Room was large and airy with great amount of storage. Right on the slopes so really convenient for skiing. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Really good breakfast with great selection.

Just a couple of small things. Would have liked to have used the swimming pool, but unfortunately due to the very large number of children in the pool, this was not possible and also very noisy. Maybe would be nice to set a time in the evening when children have to leave the pool so that adults could actually swim or relax for a while. The other small thing would be to monitor the ski storage room to stop people using the ski storage racks for their ski clothing which should be taken to their room( jackets, helmets etc) as this reduced the number of racks for actual skis.

View from the room,, breakfast was great, lots of choice and fresh local products.. Wellness is luxurious with 5 different saunas and very nice beds, towels, blankets, fresh tea and snacks.

Closing time of the sauna is too early and other guests were talking loud in the sauna and relaxing area. Chairs could be arranged in better way to utilize the space better and make better walking isles. Restaurant is also closing early, we were not able to have sauna after our walk in the mountains and afterwards eat in the restaurant. Resting area with beds in the wellness was too warm.

The hotel was very nice, room was great with a view on the ski slopes, the pool was great for the kids but the biggest plus was being able to ski from and to the hotel. With small kids this was just amazing.

Would be nice to have dinner for the guests every night at the hotel and give priority to guests to book since we had small kids leaving to find a place to eat every evening wasn’t always great since the kids were tired.

Everything! Quiet, comfortable beds, helpful and happy staff. Breakfast was amazing. The village of Ladis is perfect location. The cable cars take you all across the mountains of the 3 villages, so much to do up there for families and individuals.

Maybe consider an allocated time especially for children/ families to use the pool as it got very busy and is not a large pool.

Positioning, facilities, breakfast quality, stuff attitude.

The price charged for a dog (even if a small breed) is a bit too much when compared to what you get back: nothing! it would be a good idea to get at least a dog crib / sleeping coat to match up the requested money. Otherwise the dog is insured for any damages it might cause (DE & AT) hence the charged money are kind of useless.

Breakfast was excellent, there were plenty of vegetarian choices & lots of fruit.

We would have appreciated having lotions and different products for showering and hair washing available in the room. A bigger safe. If the pool opens earlier and closes later.

Hotel is in an excellent location for walking biking and exploring the area we went in July 24 , our room was very clean and the views of the mountains were breathtaking, would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, Bernadette on reception is outstanding and couldn’t have been more helpful. Area very child friendly.

Was nothing I could fault

The stuff of the hotel was extremely friendly. The SPA facilities were very good. The breakfast also was rich with variety of fresh products.

Unfortunately, to get the hotel with public transport was really difficult. You need to go uphill about 650 meters, and to do it with suitcases... The same is to get gondola lift. In spite of it was very close (just about 100 meters), you had to go by dirty field, or it was about 1 km on a asphalt road. Of course in case of good snow coverage, you can reach it very easy by ski, but in our time there was no snow coverage at all, just dirty grass.

The hotel is very nice and the staff is really friendly. We also enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel is located at a quiet place, and we had a great view on the mountains. A pro is also the ropeway ticked, which is included.

The opening times of the spa could be longer. Other than that, there isn't much to say.

The location was excellent right beside the lift towards Fiss. The rooms had nice view. The wellness facilities, sauna and hammam, were clean, quiet end of top quality. Breakfast area had a view to the snowed mountains. Last but not least, the staff. They were very helpful always with answers to our questions and with solutions to our enquiries.
