We love our stay there. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. Location is perfectly located, 30 mins drive from the glaciar, 20 mins drive for Serfaus or Italy. If you travel with public transport, the bus stop is just in front of the hotel, which also provided you with a free bus card. There are many hiking and biking paths starting in Prutz, some rental bikes are available as well. The valley is simply beautiful. The hotel is very comfortable, going into the pool after hiking or biking is amazing. The place is very clean. Dinner was delicious, we stayed for 8 nights and everyday were different options for the dinner, dinner was also carefully presented. The bar also offers many options and our barman was very friendly as well.

Nothing, we like everything

The hotel is perfect for a luxurious ski vacation at a reasonable price. From Prutz you drive 15 minutes to ski resort Fiss-Ladis. Staying there directly is more expensive. In return you get the charme and friendliness of a family-run hotel that has invested a lot to keep up with the design and comfort of five star ressorts. It is also great for families which does not mean that it is noisy. On the contrary.

Nothing to complain about

This is a beautiful very old hotel, once in you can see all the up grades that they have done over the years there is the beauty of all the old special things they have kept and the newer and newer upgrades they have done with the lounge bar, sauna, the swimming pool and the outside garden. All the bedrooms are large and comfortable with comfy beds and very nice bathrooms and they have room sizes to suit all budgets and tastes. The breakfast is very nice and you can choose what you want to eat. The evening meal you choose from a daily menu, it has five courses. There is a nice outside balcony for drinks in the evening time or a beautiful new inside bar if the weather is cooler with a view over the garden and pool. The staff are very welcoming and very helpful. If you like to ride they have a very large garage, which is very secure to put your motorbike or pedal bike in. They have 3 supermarkets Spar, Mpreis (Asda or Tesco) and Hofer(Aldi). The village has a lovely square, with some nice shops and a bank, a village swimming pool and they give you a whole list of places to visit. They also give you a summer cards and you get local free bus rides.

The new underpass they are building at present to take the road noise away from the town as it has become a very popular place.

Very nice pool, and impressive view. Very nice people at the reception. Good feeling and very clean.

There were not so many people in the Hotel, but we could not easily choose a table for breakfast or dinner. For breakfast we could convince the lady to get a table with a bit more space on the window....I think it could be more flexible, if there are not so many people in the Hotel (internal/external guests). Limited possibilities to go for dinner in other restaurants in this small town.

The warmth and attentiveness of the staff. Generously sized room. Comfortable bed.

The room was a bit outdated. Shower configuration was not ideal. Diner quality could be improved. The room was overpriced considering the value it offered.

Great location if to want to stay next to the reschenpass of want to do the bike ride up the gletscher

Friendly staff welcomed me to the Hotel. The Kaunertal glacier is easily accessible. I liked the generous breakfast and the tasty dinner. I can only recommend it, even to those passing through.
