Nice hotel, everything is there for a trip with little children. Employees are very friendly

We asked before our arrival for vegetarian meal options. For dinner, prawns or fish were initially offered as vegetarian option. Not good in the beginning, but in the end we received a good vegetarian dinner after we talked to the employees.

A great place to spend time with your children. Very friendly and helpful staff. The apartment was clean. Overall great value. It exceeded my expectations. Great location if you want to visit Sonnentherme Lutzmannsburg.

Fantastic hotel for family. Best hotel ever for family with small children. Everything is adapted for children and parents to have life easier. Perfectly equiped, exceptional amount of activities in hotel if not in aquapark. Really amazing hotel. Nice staff everywhere. High quality food.

Our kids had so much fun!! The food at the Buffett was great. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

There’s no beverages in the room. The coffee from the machine was too strong and bad.

Nice place for a families, especially with small children. A lot to do , direct pass to Therme. Warm big room with all the facilities. Everything is clean and new. Nice personal

Parents bed was pretty small and the mattress was a bit hard for us. Cross above the bed as we are not Christians. Our room was above the restaurant so there was a noice from there sometimes

The hotel has lots of amenities for children. Our toddler was very happy at the outside playground and petting zoo during feeding times. The indoor playrooms were also nice, just maybe a little outdated, some toys and old books could use a makeover. There is a possibility to leave your kids at the 'Kindergarten' daycare, but our toddler was too young for that. The underground tunnel to the Therme is also a big plus, it is very practical especially if you go back and forth several times a day. The Therme itself was great for kids of all ages, we enjoyed it a lot! The food and service in the restaurant were good, nothing to complain about.

You can't lock the room door from inside, which is quite inconvenient when traveling with adventurous toddlers like ours. He saw the playground right outside our window and immediately ran out of the room. We caught up with him at the parking lot. After asking at reception they dismantled the electronic lock so we could lock it with a key. Apparently we were the first ones with this problem, which seems odd at a hotel for (smaller) children. The other negative point was that the play area in the restaurant was very small with very few toys/books/etc and in a bad spot right next to the door to a staircase.

Amazing location, very good service and a lot of fun activities for kids.

Food offering was mainly pork, so it was quite challenging to find what to eat. Would be great to have some alternatives to beans with pork, pizza with pork, egg with pork etc.
