Our stay at Caramell Premium Resort Superior was truly enjoyable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We were particularly impressed by the variety of saunas available, which added to the relaxing experience. The hotel's Asian-inspired design created a unique and soothing atmosphere, enhancing the overall vibe. Additionally, the food was delicious, meeting our expectations in both quality and taste. We left with great memories and would gladly return!

While the hotel's atmosphere was enjoyable, an unexpected disturbance significantly affected our experience. After 10 PM, a loud 'room party' took place upstairs, making it difficult to relax. When I contacted reception, the staff casually acknowledged the situation and were aware of it but took an hour to resolve it, which felt quite unprofessional. This lack of swift action made the situation frustrating and diminished the overall comfort of our stay

(-) No indoor (or heated outdoor) pool for swimmers (-) Long distance between thermal, pools & sauna areas (-) wellness pool mostly crowded and had a strange and unpleasant foam in it (-) Not enough beds in sauna relax zones (-) Missing slippers and vanity kit in the room, limited number of towels in the bathroom

We had spa treatments everyday while we stayed at the hotel, and it was amazing. The masseurs, Veronika, Laszlo and Balazs, were outstanding, so professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them. I would like to mention the housekeeper, Ibolya, who went out of her way with any request we had. She is truly fantastic!!!

The Spa is very good and having variety of different spa rooms. The dinner and breakfast options were very good. The room was specious and having nice balcony.

The bed was too hard and difficult to sleep. The coffee and drink charges at the bar are too high. The resort also charges parking (per day) which is strange as they have their own parking and there is no other way of reaching to the resort.

I really like everything; Staff were very kind, room was huge, nice and clean with terrace and nice view over fields. Wellness area was great.I kindly recommend AYURVEDA massage, but the other one I took was also great( Lomi Lomi Hawaii massage), price is more than affordable! I was also surprised how many different, tasty dishes they had to offer in Restaurant.

The only thing I couldn't really understand ( as I go to SPA Hotels often ) that I was not able to get a new towel ( at the end of the day, my towel was completely wet and I wanted to get new one for the next day) and the Lady in SPA Area told me they change towels every 3 days. Also, in Relax room, by Saunas, it would be much better to hear calm music and to decorate a bit more( windows without curtains, too much light for relax room in SPA... ) Same by main pool, a bit less lights, it would give much better relaxing atmosphere...😊

Good food, clean, pleasant staff

The weather was bad, outdoor amenities were closed. There was not much to do, apart from the (rather small) swimming pool.

Spa, Sauna, Breakfast and Dinner, quite rooms (with windows closed), very good warm thermal water. We visited off-season during business days, so there was very little trouble.

There was an erroneous massage booking from the hotel side. They corrected it immediately but still tried to overcharge us at the end. That should not happen in such a premium facility.

It was nice and good for a family with child.

Not all the facilities were working and there was no recycling in the hotel.

The best thing I can tell about the hotel is all the employees' friendliness and helpfulness. Whatever we asked, we got help in a kind manner. That is a feeling I love in a hotel. In addition, the hotel is nice, and we had a very spacious suite well equipped. Of course, it has disadvantages, but you can forgive them because of the staff.

Well, the spa is good but small, crowded. The buffet dinner was not bad but not excellent either. Surprisingly the breakfast buffet was much better for me. Unfortunately, the location is far from the best. It is far from everything. But again: the staff makes this hotel.

The staff was super nice and always very helpful! The Spa is lovely!

When we had breakfast / dinner some of the food were already gone / not available, the bars closed at 10pm on most days.
