The food was phenomenal, better than in average hotels. It was also happening during my birthday and the staff left a small bottle of champaigne at the door of our room which is a nice touch. While we don't have kids, but people with children may enjoy the place a lot as there are a lot of children focused activities in the hotel.

The wellness aspect is a bit limited when it comes to pools. While this is a thermal water resort town, the water was a bit colder than I wish it to be. Even the hotter jacuzzi pool wasn't hot enough for my taste. I usually enjoy water that's 38-40 degrees. At least one hot thermal water pool would be nice.

The hotel and room were as described. They were clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The food was amazing. The wellness and spa zones were clean and very kid-friendly. The bed was comfy and Wi-Fi fast and reliable. My recommendation.

2 things: - the stuff and people working in the hotel in general were always kinda grumpy and cold - if you are vegetarian/vegan, you won't be happy with the food choice, mostly rice and veggies / me personally would also expect more fish offer, not just one same kind each evening

The hotel has a good, spacious parking. The rooms were very comfortable even though ours wasn't yet renovated. The staff was always super nice and friendly. The food variety was good and the quality was amazing. The SPA area was a great fit for our 10 years old son. He was able to play inside and swim outside. There is a garden for sun bathing which we really enjoyed. P.S. Big thanks to Akos from the reception for finding a cable to start the car as our battery was empty.

Very nice buffet, nice sauna, new renovated room very comfortable. We come regularly to this hotel and we were always very happy with our stay.

After 7pm shower in the room was only lukewarm, not very hot. In the saunas and specially in the resting zone some people talk very loud or even play with the mobile phones. Would be probably good to have some sign that people shall relax and if they need entertain themselves than should go to the swimming pools area.

This was the third time I went to this hotel with my family in the last 12 months. I guess it says how happy I am with it and the services provided. This time I have tried the Sauna World for the first time and it was very good, there are 3 saunas (infra-red, bio and Finn), all them quite big and there is also steam bad. The hotel is gradually being renovated and every time we come there is something new and improved.

Great food that’s always available, great kids entertainment, nice pool area, a lot of sports offered. All together a great spot for people with children.

- Hotel is partly renovated partly not, so some spots are still pretty old (f.e. fitness). - I wouldn’t recommend this to a young couple for example, the place is full of old people and people with small kids

The ambience of the entire places was very relaxing. It was a perfect weekend getaway from the hustles of city life. The hotel was surrounded by lush greenery and the great hospitality of all the staff made our staycation a memorable one. Plus points for the food, right from the snack bar, to the scrumptious dinner and a great buffet breakfast. It made us wanting more, but we were so full. The newly renovated Finnish sauna was very relaxing after a long work week. The pools were well maintained and on the whole the property was very clean and comfortable.

Honestly, there was not one thing which disappointed us. Everything was top notch and above our expectations.

Room was clean and comfortable, only the aircondition system working not really efficiant way. Breakfast, Lunch and dinner were really amaing ang tasty, always a lot of options.

Balcony was really small and sunshade was broken so it was not possible to use which could be issue at summertime. Aircondition system was ineffective :(

All inclusive is a great one, we have spent fri- sunday, every day was different food. Breakfast 07-10 AM, from 10-12AM snack time (cofee, pastry, drinks), lunch 12-14PM than 14-1600 snack time(langosh, chicken wings etc, and dinner from 1800. All for for vegetarian, lactose intolarance, kids, babies. Plenty of fruits and cofee was good too. All inclusive includes beer and wine nothing else, but I appreciated in the saloon every day 1.5 l of cold szentkiralyi mineral water, beside of the other free beverages, like coke, sprite, juices etc. The kids got suprise package saturday morning in front of the door, so nice. So many animation is available, written everywhere in 3 different languages. Interactive tables are available, but also board games as well. -1 floor has a gamer room for bigger kids but also play room for lil kids. 1 first floor had all activity area for the animation and another playroom for the kids. The kids pool was the best and next to it another pool for babies.No chlorine smells at all and sightseeing train is avalible as well. Outside of the park found several tennis courts, mimigolf, outside chess, bowling, playground. All in all number one for families. Internet was good in the room too, 5 th floor.

2 elevators not enough, but we found the stairs. All inclusive should contains coctails too(we dont like wine or beer) anf the dining was a bit chaotic, however we are talking about fri and saturday. Bed was too soft for us.

Almost everything was perfect. Locality, food, personal, the spa part was amazing. Especially our daughter really enjoyed it.

My only problem was the mattresses, because they were too soft for me, but everything else was undoubtedly, exceptional.
