Clean, cozy apartment with good Austrian design. Well-equipped kitchen , balcony with beautiful view of the Alps and the moon. Spacious bathroom with new sauna. Comfortable ventilated rooms with large windows. In the hotel was a small restaurant with tasty food. It possible buy food for apartment. Wonderful hotel. great success to the owners, Martina &Franz, friendly couple.

A cute, small guest house with a wonderful view of the spectacular mountains, plus there is a breakfast room where you can have breakfast, prepare coffee or tea or your own food, even if you did not order breakfast, there is a beautiful sitting area in the garden with a view (even by the swing bench), pleasant village design of the guesthouse, clean, nice new bathroom

Beautiful property and view, we were traveling by motorbike and hosts made space in the garage for our bikes to keep them safe and dry. All facilities were modern, the room especially the mini kitchen with a dishwasher was the best we have seen on our euro trip. We were also treated to an amazing thunderstorm roaring through the valley. Highly recommend!! We will be back next year.

Very roomy, comfortable and clean accomodation, we found there all we needed. Beautiful view from the balcony. The staff was very assertive to support us. Comfortable parking and drying room. Perfect location to reach the Kitzbuhel ski region, the nearest first lift just 5 minutes drive. Mittersill itself offers all necessary facilities.

Lovely and helpful hosts, the location is dreamy, very quiet, with beautiful views. The apartments are very cozy, kitchens are furnished with everything you need. We had a wonderful stay and would very much like to come back here.

There's a private sauna, what else is there to say?? 😀Well at least a few more things.. The apartment was very spacious, I remember us walking around and going "is this all ours??". The balcony was very large, nice place to relax and enjoy the amazing view.

Extremely serene and beautiful location, while very close to great connections to lifts and town. The breakfast/bread service is a great substitute to a normal "hotel-like" breakfast. We felt very at home in the appartment, where we could cook our own stuff or go out to plenty of restaurants around. The hosts are very hospitable and helped a lot with questions we had concerning activities.

Very clean and new looking apartment set in a beautiful setting of the mountains in the Mittersill area. Very well equipped kitchen and the owners provided all the baby necessities like baby chair, bath, changing mattress and bin for the diapers. The property has a beautiful garden with stunning views. There is plenty to keep the kids entertained outside and inside in case it rains. For those skiing, fishing or mountain biking they have a dedicated heated room to dry your stuff, very cool!

Everything was perfect. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The room has everything you need. Although the kitchen is pretty small, it's very well-equipped. There's also a private sauna which you can book for 3h which is really nice

One of the best places we have ever been to. The owners are very nice and friendly, our room was very cosy and also the sauna, bread service, coffee machine and the view were highly appreciated :) We would be happy to come again next time we will go skiing to this area.
