Super modern and comfy hotel at a perfect location. The hotel is just 2 mins by walk to the Reiterkogelbahn. The nearest lifts on the other side of the mountain are also in 3-5 mins walk distance, so the location is perfect for a skiing holiday. Spa area and heated outdoor pool were amazing, everything was super well thought on this area from towel blankets to bathrobes for you to relax after a long ski day. Breakfast was good combining regular stuff with personal orders. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel!

The only thing we found poor was the information given upon arrival. Based on the hotel's concept, there is no reception and self check-in was smooth. However, we couldn't find anybody to ask about the basic information such as where to store our luggages until check-in time, when the breakfast starts, etc.

new, modern building, only adults, the pictures are showing the reality, bit posh breakfast, no self service (only the continental breakfast) but nice. Very good, well maintained welness area, great pool with view and sauna as well.

no real staff, no reception area, no hotel feeling finally. You can hunt for somebody to show the bike (ski) room, or how to open the garge (at arrival) even the staff spoke neither German nor English. If it is a future....the austrian "Gastfreundschaft" will dissapier. It's a pity...

Brand new hotel with a very nice design. SPA area is great and the temperature in the the pool is perfect for winter - it is usually a bit cold in the thermal pools for us, but here it was perfect. We didn’t interact with the staff much except at the checkin (there was an issue with the self check in). The lady from the hotels restaurant helped us right away and she was super nice! Unfortunately, we didn’t ask her name. We did not try hotel breakfast as the village has so many restaurants. For the skiers - there are many elevators from all sides of the hotel surrounding.

Self check-in is very fast and convenient. We were able to check-in early and check-out late (with the help from Elisabeth - thank you again!). The place is quiet with a separate ski-equipment storage. At the same time everything was new and very clean. Swimming pool, sauna and relaxation zone on the rooftop were awesome - note, we did not find any house rules regarding swimwear .)

The only occasion when I did not like something was behavior of some people in wellness. Maybe some gentle rules or guidelines on how to behave in sauna, e.g. always use shower before the pool, especially after sauna. Possibly some gentle comments on the walls in wellness to educate the guests and guide them to the right place, point out desired and undesired behavior. Other than above there was not a single bad moment and we really enjoyed our stay at kerii.

We loved the amazing roof top swimming pool, sauna with a view and chilled vibe. This is a romantic adults only hotel in the centre of the village. We REALLY loved GM Ralf, with his warmth and great sense of humour and beautiful Dachshunds! Our dogs were welcomed and loved as guests. Thank you!

Spa facilities and rooms were amazing!

Information upfront had links that did not work and were only in German. parking and check-in were a bit unclear upon arrival but in the end all fine and super helped by restaurant staff.

The hotel is new- well desgined and in best location. the spa and the pool is very quality and relexing. The food is excellent and the option to eat in the sister hotel is Definitely an advantage.

The property is very tastefully decorated. Everything was incredible. The food at the restaurant was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Great modern rooms, outside pool was great with the snow falling around... Automated checkin is easy and can use the reception services of sister hotel over the road if needed. Great breakfast
