Everything! We were very fortunate being close to end of season as they upgraded us into the 5* Alpine Palace from the Stammhaus. As we were there to celebrate my husband’s 50th it really was appreciated. The hotel and amenities are superb. Spacious room with a beautiful bathroom, and great balcony looking at the slopes. The heated outdoor pool is a real perk, and the spa facilities are amazing. Breakfast was great, with a huge selection and eggs to order. The fresh orange juice was delicious. Right next to a lift up the mountain, great ski lockers. The biggest kudos goes to the staff, absolutely wonderful. They could not do enough for you and were so hospitable and friendly, especially the breakfast and reception staff. We would absolutely stay here again. Loved it!

Only point would be the pillows…they were terrible. Lumpy with no support and we left with bad neck ache.

Helpful staff! Rooms were clean but very dated. You could see that some of the rooms have not been renovated in years. But the breakfast was nice. Location is great.

I didn't like the fact that the rooms looked pretty gloomy when we arrived at night. Not having been renovated in like forever and with poor lighting it didn't look very much worth the price.

Amazing breakfast, great location.and friendly staff. My room was basic but modern and clean. The hotel had super facilities and had so much more to offer than I expected for the price of my stay. A very lovely place. I loved the Joker card given too.

I wished the view from my balcony was better as most of it was a wall and north facing but at least my room had a balcony and I was upgraded free from a single to a double room

Great hotel right in the center of Hinterglemm. Has ski lockers, spa (indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, heating beds), amazing breakfast (even had papaya!).

Room furniture in Stammhaus part is outdated, need to be remodeled.

Wonderful hotel, amazing staff. Clean room with all facilities. Very lovely spa, for free. Breakfast very good, various options. Allowed to keep my travel bag.

It was difficult to find wi-fi details, it was described somewhere in the hotel room book but such basic info I believe should be better visible.

It has been my 5th or 6th time staying either at Stammhaus or Alpine Palace Hotel and as always I was not disappointed. Facilities, a tasty breakfast, and welcoming staff are what make me return here. And most likely I will be back.

great location next to the ski lift; two swimming pools and number of different saunas to choose from. Very friendly staff (especially gentleman working in sauna and swimming pool area).

The room in Stammhaus Wolf hotel is really small. it was not a problem for us as we rarely stayed there. An extra bed for our 11 year old kid was not really that comfortable. These are just small details - overall it has been a great stay!

most of the staff were great except for one very unfriendly guy who worked at the bar in the restaurant.
