Wonderful hotel! A lot of restaurants within walking distance, ski lifts too. The receptionist was really nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. I will be missing the omellettes they make, one of the best I’ve had. It was really nice to end our day in the sauna and the infinity pool after a long day in the slopes. Can’t forget to mention the restaurant and the bar at the hotel itself. Really good food and drinks and everyone really friendly.

Just one suggestion. It would be perfect if the pool would be a bit warmer. We were almost a bit cold there after staying in for 10+ minutes. It looks like others are commenting on that too so maybe something to consider?

We had a superb vacation and enjoyed the hotel very much! Staff is super kind and patient (travelling with kids), room is spacious, clean, and very nicely designed. Hotel facilities - pool and wellness area, restaurant, lobby, all very welcoming. Great breakfast. The accommodation offers free laundry services and the local Joker card.

Nothing. All was perfect.

The location is perfect - smack in the middle and close to everything! Perfect for MTB, trail running and hiking in all of the Hinterglemm area: trails and lifts are only 5-10 min. walk away (and nice Supermarket just across the street) Only 10 min. bike ride down to the Saalbach MTB area and Sallbach city. We had a really nice, big and clean apartment with the most spectacular panoramic view of the mountains from the large balcony. Nice facilities for MTB's (e.g. locker room/bike parking and cleaning station etc.) - that's a plus and also easy parking, even with a big car. A great treat is the wellness area, nice little pool, a great sauna and a nice sun terrasse - all with magnificent panoramic views of the mountains. Food at the the restaurant is great and really helpful staff who even helped sending some bike parts back to Denmark for us afterwards. Last but not least really nice, cosy and stylish interior design all over and super clean! We will definitely come back :-)

The mattress was too soft for our taste. We mentioned that at check out and they said they would have changed the mattress if we would have raised the concern earlier. Perfect!

Our deluxe 2-bedroom apartment was very spacious and equipped to a high specification with everything we needed for a highly enjoyable, comfortable and relaxing stay. Excellent location within walking distance of lifts and shops. Especially liked the wellness centre with outside hot tub, which was very popular with adults and children as a supplement or alternative to a day's skiing. Also has a nice pizza restaurant on the ground floor, which is very popular so booking is recommended. All the staff, especially the cleaning staff, we're very friendly and helpful

A minor gripe, but larger bedside tables would have been useful.

The hotel was lovely. Mountain view from the bedroom, helpful staff, good food (breakfast and dinner) and nice spa/gym facilities. Great location.

Breakfast was very good

Thought the basin arrangement in the room was awkward as not in front of a mirror. Didn't particularly like the open wardrobe but that was just preference.

Room was gorgeous.

I find the bed a bit narrow for two people, but that was only a slight inconvenience. There was dust below the bed, otherwise the room was very clean.
