The accommodation facilities are modern and comfortable, as part of the all-inclusive, the dinners are absolutely great - super quality food. High-quality alcohol is also included in the all-inclusive. SPA area great. 2 saunas, steam, massages (massages for an extra charge), 1 outdoor pool (warm water), 2 indoor pools (including 1 children's pool, both with super warm water). Everything in the hotel is intuitive, they have a lot of little gadgets to make your stay more pleasant. Smiling and nice ladies at the reception. Everything was great.

The lunch included in the all-inclusive is such an austere buffet. But that's just the only minor thing in the whole stay.

Fantastic place. The service was good and the view is beautiful. The staff was amazing, especially Csaba, who served the most delicious cocktails with a smile all evening. He tried to provide variety and to serve the requested drinks as soon as possible, and he helped if the person was unsure about the choice. It even serves several guests at the same time and pays special attention to children.

Everything was outstanding, from the staff, accommodation (2 bedroom suite all Inclusive) and EXCEPTIONAL food! Loved the outdoor pool, indoor and spa facilities great! Fabulous ski room, large enough for peak times. Great lockers with boot heaters! Location was excellent for ski hire and lifts which you could ski down to (ski back to hotel and just walk across the road back to the hotel ) or walk across to the other lifts.

Honestly nothing we did not like. Could do with coat hooks as we had nowhere to hang 5 ski coats and 5 robes. Would have loved a Jacuzzi, but again not an issue aa 3 sauna, steam rooms etc.

I forgot i have a car. We had in a winter time, the cable car is round the corner, Spar is more or less half kilometers by foot, there is a pool, souna in the hotel

Maybe some food service at the drink bar level should be extended, there is a sushi offer till sunday to tuesday, but in other days you need to visit fourth floor, the restaurant and the grill bar. The other thing, at the gym there were two treadmills, both broken. But there is always option to run outside

Location was superb. Only few steps from ski room was the nearest slope. The resort offers free shuttle everyday 09:00-10:00am to the 🚠 and 15:00-16:00 back to the hotel. Very convenient. We didn’t booked the all inclusive and made our own breakfast in the spacious apartment kitchen which was fully equipped! For the dinner we went to the nearby restaurants or cooked ourselves something in the ap.

Really nothing.

We had a nice view over the village from our living room. The appartement was clean and sufficiently well equipped.

The hotel isn’t close to the area of the ski schools. The shuttle is provided by the hotel in the morning and in the afternoon. But if classes end at 12h30, there is no shuttle unfortunately… I expected to eat strudel but there was never any during the week…

The location is great. The food is fantastic if you have a dinner in bufet restaurant. The Grill restaurant wasn’t good((. The all inclusive package is the best decision. The SPA is great!

The heating in the room hasn’t been working🤷‍♂️. It was cold. The warm water sometimes wasn’t available for 5 minutes. I was surprised that the late check out is paid service. It seemed to me that the staff in the restaurant was arrogant first day and I felt discomfort when communicating.

Brilliant stay with 4 friends for a long weekend snowboarding. The resort is very close to the Reiterkogel lift and close to the GoasStall for Apres Ski. Room was very good - the fold down double bed was a proper bed - not a sofa bed, which was a huge bonus. Kitchen was well equipped with fridge, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso commercial coffee machine - tabs can be bought from reception.

Location is perfect. The SPA is great.

The sofa bed is very uncomfortable. Very strange, but there wasn’t a kettle 🤷‍♂️. The toilet and the bathroom are too microscopic. They are for small kids. The all inclusive food isn’t good every day. Just one day from 5 was good. In the salad we’ve noticed the long hair and they excused, but they had to not to charge us the dinner at least.

We loved Adler - everything exceeded our expectation. The food was incredible. A wide variety of deliciously cooked and healthy food. We always looked forward to every single meal. The sauna, steam room and indoor pool was also fantastic. Our room was also perfect.

Nothing, it was the best week of our lives. Everything was amazing!
