The apartment exceeded my expectation. It is very well equipped with all what you may need even for a longer stay, including the hotpot which is fun not only using it, but heating up the water and the same applies to the sauna. There are two ovens (functioning as micros as well) so you can prepare the food with perfect timing. There were two showers and toilets that made it more convenient for the family. You can store your bikes or ski equipment in the storage that is only for you to use and can be locked. You can ask for "brötchenservice" so the fresh bakery is delivered to your apartment by the time you get up. They offer Joker card so you can access multiple services for free during summertime, ie using the gondolas, the public bus or the minigolf course. You can experience and see that Joseph and his team truly takes care and looks after the details and that they aim for the perfect service so you can focus on relaxing, enjoy the location, view and activities.

Bread rolls were delivered early each morning, which was a great bonus. We used the local Spar to buy all the additional things we needed. It's well stocked with a variety of cheese and ham/salami and reasonably priced. Snacks and alcohol were in abundance. The accommodation was very good, comfy beds and loads of kitchen equipment (two different coffee machines). Plenty of room for our party of 10. Nice hot tub and sauna, great after a hard days skiing.

Bachgut residence is up a steep hill and you need to be reasonably fit to climb it. They do offer a shuttle service into town between the hours of 8am and 4pm, which was used regularly.

Excellent location, although be prepared that the ski-in bit gets very worn out and icy by the end of the day. The staff were outstanding, responding to our queries with lightspeed. The beds were big and comfy, the jacuzzi and sauna in perfect working condition, the balcony filled with sunshine and amazing views for that midday lunch break. Would recommend for sure

Excellent apartment Herbst. The facilities were very good. The kitchen was very well equipped. The sauna and whirlpool were a nice option. The ski out facilities were not great because of the lack of much snow cover. The new bathhouse facility was great. The price was a little high, but it was a great value for our family. Joseph, the host, was amazing.

Fantastic view and swimming pool. Geat entertainment for kids. Own jacuzzi on terrace.

Old mattress and no aircondition. Early morning alarm performed by rooster from mini zoo(guess better than usual austrian thing church bells). P aper walls so you cam hear everything.

We had an amazing week staying at Bachgut. The rooms had everything we needed and more. Especially the sauna and whirlpool were great. Location was good, although the lack of snow made it a bit challenging to ski in and out. However, the service offered was outstanding, with shuttle bus service, welcome gifts, luggage storage, showers after check-out etc. Highly recommend staying at Bachgut!

Very attractive and well appointed resort. Staff extremely helpful. Views across Hinterglemm are fantastic. Bread delivery was a real advantage when self-catering.

A steep climb leads up to the accommodation. With small children, this should be taken into account. But for the road cycling training it was just fun :)
